I'm an Uber driver and I really find it hard to believe that ubers greenlight Hub doesn't have a direct line to their office. I also find very confusing that Uber has hired people from different countries to take their calls from drivers and passengers who needs support. People like myself are getting tired of having to deal with them. They are rude and try to talk over passengers and driver's who call them for support. I find this very inappropriate and unprofessional on their part and if I was the ceo of this company. I would be very embarrassed to know that I have people like that representing business.
