Very abrupt, no help or follow through with customer service. Don't read meters consistently nor do they explain or prove how they make changes to your bill. Have no choice but to have them for service. There has to be a way to hold them accountable!

Worst water company ever. The last bill I paid was 2 weeks ago, my next bill is due in 2 weeks and I come home today with a note on my door saying your water has been shut off due to a past due bill I called the after hours number to tell them it was a mistake and that I have a receipt for the bill I just paid and they refused to come back to turn it on because it was an hour past closing time and it was not an emergency . I then called again, and got a very rude woman who hung up on me. I then called for a third time, and got told I would have a man call me back about getting it turned on, and never got the call. It is now 10pm and I still have no water to cook dinner or bathe my toddler. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Higher than normal prices and tier increase will cost you more than expected. Customer service representative "Lisa" immediately cut me off with me an "excuse me" and was downright rude. If your water bill was $180 dollars without any plumbing issues wouldn't you be concerned and want some answers? Don't expect any help.

I spoke with Josh at the Lehigh Acres, FL office. He called me 24 hours after receiving my application from yesterday that was a request for temporary service, which is a 24 hour service of water(used for cleaning, or inspections, ect)...Josh's overall demeanor could be highly improved as his tone of voice was degrading and offensive. The very opposite of a customer service representative should have..I get it, this is a monopoly and thus customer service is not important...but FGUA and US Water Corp should be ashamed of yourselves. Respect is a God given attribute is does not have to be earned, while I do realize it can be lost. Josh went on to explain that HE JUST received my request from yesterday YET at 1:47pm yesterday I received and email from FGUA/US Water Corp with a confirmation of receipt of my request. SOOOOOO, that seems odd...I had to beg for them to Turn the water ON, as my cleaning crew was at the property since 11am and waiting to finalize everything with fresh water being on...When asked to Speak to Josh's supervisor that he had reportedly spoken with couple different times during our call he, put me on hold came back and said she was busy handling another complaint, no doubt, and she has all my information and would be calling me back...The kicker, after them Dropping The Ball they still wanted to charge me $20 to do their JOB...which was to turn my water on a 8am, today and it is currently 11:39am and they couldn't guarantee at what time today the Water would be turned on...BUT would have to charge me...I wonder why there are 185# poor reviews of FGUA, but in the last couple of Years it appears FGUA had a name change to US Water Corp?? #Monopoly #consumersloss #horriblecustomerservice #expectedwithMonopoly

I casually attempted to start a conversation with a US Water Svc's tech about the basic workings of the system in place at an RV park in which I was staying in Dover, Florida. The nature of my questions were friendly and inquisitive and eventually wouldve ended up attempting to get answers about the frequent interruption of water pressure and the poor quality of water supplied. Before it got anywhere near that territory the service tech became very anxious and confused about who I was and suggested these answers I was seeking was simply none of my buisness. I was amused by his being overwelmed by simple conversation. He then panicked and rushed to his company vehicle taking off in a dangerous manner also leaving the enclosure protecting this equipment wide open and accessible to anyone with a notion to possibly further contaminate the water supplying this RV park. This very strange reaction has me questioning the stability of someone who can affect a large number of people if they wanted to. Besides the lack of professionalism of which I can laugh about, this incident alarms me that there is possibly not the same hiring standards as a municipality would excercise in pre-employment background screening. I am not a fan of the abuses and gross inefficiencies of government services but there most definately is some gaps in security when such services are farmed out to private companies. This persons behavior was alarming and its scary to think of the possible scenarios. But thankfully Ill be moving and wont have to worry about those scenarios playing out.

What a joke... A 10yr old has a gofundme page set up better than their archaic system. Print out an application and mail it to them with a voided check? Seriously. I also had an emergency water leak which they responded to 24hrs later. When the tech arrived he promised no service calls were made to them. Then the operators tell me to fax them an explanation of repairs. Two weeks later, no correction made to the bill. Just a near $3 charge to debit pay my bill. The other comments are definitely accurate about the water quality. The water just corrodes the first layer of skin. Flint Michigan wouldn't take it!

Instead of sending text or email to the Aloha Gardens residents to BOIL WATER you have a mobile sign on 19 and Sunray???? in your case ignorance is not bliss. what about the people who are self quarentining? What about the people who aren't going to Sunray and 19 to get the warning??????????
