I spoke with Josh at the Lehigh Acres, FL office. He called me 24 hours after receiving my application from yesterday that was a request for temporary service, which is a 24 hour service of water(used for cleaning, or inspections, ect)...Josh's overall demeanor could be highly improved as his tone of voice was degrading and offensive. The very opposite of a customer service representative should have..I get it, this is a monopoly and thus customer service is not important...but FGUA and US Water Corp should be ashamed of yourselves. Respect is a God given attribute is does not have to be earned, while I do realize it can be lost. Josh went on to explain that HE JUST received my request from yesterday YET at 1:47pm yesterday I received and email from FGUA/US Water Corp with a confirmation of receipt of my request. SOOOOOO, that seems odd...I had to beg for them to Turn the water ON, as my cleaning crew was at the property since 11am and waiting to finalize everything with fresh water being on...When asked to Speak to Josh's supervisor that he had reportedly spoken with couple different times during our call he, put me on hold came back and said she was busy handling another complaint, no doubt, and she has all my information and would be calling me back...The kicker, after them Dropping The Ball they still wanted to charge me $20 to do their JOB...which was to turn my water on a 8am, today and it is currently 11:39am and they couldn't guarantee at what time today the Water would be turned on...BUT would have to charge me...I wonder why there are 185# poor reviews of FGUA, but in the last couple of Years it appears FGUA had a name change to US Water Corp?? #Monopoly #consumersloss #horriblecustomerservice #expectedwithMonopoly
