Our previous phone company provided us with never ending service interruptions year in year out, with guaranteed outages in the winter months. Sometimes for days at a time (You cant run a business this way especially a service business like ours) I met the owner of this company when I went out to provide a service he was in need of and after talking to him we decided to take a chance on this company. Utility Telecom installed a dedicated T1 line in 2007 and all of the problems went away never a problem or interrupted service after that. We switched to VOIP several years later (Did away with all of the old phone system hardware and miles of wiring) We have experienced minor issues on occasion as anyone might, however their service department always provides quick solutions without a trip through telephone purgatory to get through to someone. On the rare occasion when we did have an issue I called them from a cell phone and within a few minutes all of the calls were routed to a business cell phone...No lost business! A local business with skilled professional tech support and all of the latest technology. Utility Telecom provides excellent service & competitive pricing.

I bought new phones to have installed and was told...

I bought new phones to have installed and was told I am not an authorized user and therefore I cannot be helped. I said ok, can you please tell me who the authorized users are. They promptly said no. So with the holidays approaching I will not be able to install the new equipment nor have the holiday answering service in place. Thanks for not helping me when I need it most.

The best part is I am the Managing Director and control all of our operational contracts. Its not looking good for you Utility, not that you care as displayed by your poor customer service.

This company is saving us almost $200.00 a month ...

This company is saving us almost $200.00 a month on our business phone bill. The customer service is so great, you'll wonder why you didn't leave AT&T in the dirt sooner. We had an issue calling a certain ph # and they not only responded to our trouble ticket in less than 4 minutes but they worked hard to solve the issue even though it was not caused by them. I only wish I'd heard about this company sooner!
