Always a wonderful day if I get to spend it here. The facilities are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and all the events are well-run. The food and drinks are overpriced but other than that, it's great!

Great atmosphere. I come here all the time during the river jam months, and now that they've expanded the days to include Fridays it's even better. I bring my dog and she enjoys it as well.

There is nothing bad to say. If you're questioning going then the only question you should have is when will the weather be nice so I can go. Don't hesitate. This is one of Charlotte's gems.

It was great but it rained and then lightning so that shut all the activities down. Although, it is very clear that there are no refunds its just makes good business sense to at least give a rain check or a small credit for the next visit.

Fun place to drink beers, climb rocks and ride bikes and a huge pool to pee in, but there were all these people in rafts and kayaks , so it made it awkward sometimes. The rapids were def challenging to maneuver when holding a beer in your hands

What a fantastic adventure with family and friends. Came in from Florida and wasn't expecting the fall festival this weekend, but it made the experience that much better. The facilities are so clean and well kept. We all commented on how well people cleaned up after themselves and others. The park staff were courteous and always present. Even though it was a packed house for the "make your own boat" event, everyone was pleasant. They have a little something for everyone...and we saw ages 2-60+ enjoying different activities. Heard great things about the food, but with the crowds we were unable to sit down to eat...just grabbed something from the "market place" and found a nearby bench. Overall it was fantastic and we will certainly return.....

Bonus!! The whole place is DOG FREINDLY...which we love.

Awesome trail! I love mounting biking here, but these are also great for running. The beer garden is a cool spot to grab a drinking after biking, kayaking, paddle boarding or any of the activities here. The food is good, but is pricey.

Absolutely my favorite place in Charlotte to go with friends, family, or even by myself. The trails are great for running and biking. The water activities are great with excellent guides. I finally got on the canopy tour and really enjoyed it with co-workers. Great food and beer selections as well in convenient locations all around the facility. You can't have more fun in Charlotte at this price range.

This place has a lot of fun things to do, kayaking, zip lining, white water rafting, ropes courses and rock climbing. Though, they aren't very efficient. Lines take a long time, crowded, terrible signage. It takes a couple times of going to get acquainted.

The high ropes courses scared me severely, but I conquered them! This is one of my favorite places with so many outdoor activities! You really need a whole weekend to adequately experience it all.

Great location for families or groups of friends that want to do our door activities. In addition to the rapids, you can do rope courses, rock climbing, zip lining, trail bike rides, kayaking etc. Restaurant on site, as well as lockers, showers and storage just know you will need to pay for those.

I have NOT even gone there yet BUT I called with like 10 different questions and talked to Chad. Let me tell you, when you call most businesses the employees usually just want to get off the phone. Chad took the time to really explain the process and what my kids would be doing at the location. He was extremely nice and he deserves a raise for the level of attention he gave me over the phone. 10 STARS!!!

We had a really great time here! Arrived on Friday at 1130 and stayed till about 430. We paid $60 each to do everything all day long. When you first get there, be sure to find the info table to fill out the waiver form. The zip line was a lot of fun, but be prepared...the equipment is a bit smelly from all the use!
The whitewater rafting was fun as well. They do a great job with educating you on how and what to do.
We grabbed lunch at the restaurant on site...it was good food..we got a burger and chicken tenders. Pretty reasonably priced. They do serve beer here.
They have a gift shop that has all things outdoors/activities related for there. Maybe check it out before you start your day there.
They have bins ($10 charge) you can use to place your items in (purse, extra clothes, phones, sunblock etc).
Overall, it was a great fun day!

Awesome place so much to do here. Great place to hang out with friends or to take the family for day of fun. $6 parking to get in then it's around $30 per activity let person which is pricey but still worth it if you get there early.
Recommend bringing in your owned food and drink bc it is pricey for what you get.
There are bars for food and beers. They have IPAs and other beers too.
They having biking, hiking walking and running trails, zip lines, white water rafting and kayaking, and rock wall climbing. It's entertaining to just come and watch.
The channels for kayaking and rafting are great. There are staff members posted there to help you out if you get jammed up and have to swim.

We purchased the season pass and utlized it already 5-6 times in the summer. The white water rafting is so much fun and the guides are great at making it an unforgettable experience. There is so much to do that we decide before coming on doing 2-3 things... rafting, zip lining, deep water solo. The deep water solo is a lot of fun to climb the wall over a pool and fall in when you can't go any higher. The zip lining is a great experience with zipping 100 feet in the air through trees with a beautiful scenery.
I highly recommend going but be prepared to not be able to try everything like mountain biking, kayaking or paddle boarding etc.

Plan on spending a whole day. There are fun and challenging activities for family members of all skills and age 8 years old and up: white water rafting, kayaking, stand up paddle boards, wall climbing, mountain biking, long and short ziplines, and a wide variety of rope courses.

We visited on Memorial Day weekend and there were no long waits for activities. There are enough activities that they open more as crowds grow.

The biggest zipline is 1,625 feet long. It starts from the top of a 10-story tower from a hill surround by all the water activities.

To relax the food is good and there is a large selection of craft beers. On summer weekends there is live music.

My advide is go here. The hiking is fantastic. The water is beautiful. The venue is just flat out amazing. They have just about everything anyone that loves the outdoors wants with modern conveniences like bathrooms not privys and a bar for when you want to cool down.

My first white water rafting and zipe line experience and I loved it..they had two options for the rafting, the family and the advanced one...we did the family one. They gave us orientation on how to do rafting and what to do during emergency before we even get to wear our gears...the people working there were so professional and happy to help

We came as a family to see the nature lights at US White water center at 7:30 pm today and were directed to the overflow parking which were NOT paved. Also there are NO signs to tell the visitors where the nature lights trail is from the overflow parking. The lack of lights create a safety issue where we were almost hit by oncoming car into the lot.

If you guys are charging $20 for parking the lack of paved lot and basic expectation of lack of signs to guide is to the entrance of nature lights and no lights in the overflow Unpaved parking lot is appalling disregard for visitor safety and putting all the money earned in your pockets.

Truly an outstanding place to go for an afternoon or a full day. My children are much too young to participate in many of the activities offered, but they enjoying watching the rafters on the river and those on the ziplines. Staff is exceptionally nice.

This has got to be one of the coolest places I have ever been to. So much to see and do. I decided to cheap out and buy the $25 one activity pass but I totally wish I had just done the all day pass. Totally worth it and there is so much to do.

This was my first experience here in about 12 years. Arrived at 3:00, got an all day ticket for me and my daughter. Got a 5:30 reservation for rafting. Went kayaking and paddle boarding before 5:30, which was fun. Then right around 5:15 they suspended all activities because of lightning in the area. This is understandable given that lightening is slightly hazardous to your health. What isn't understandable is why their policy doesn't provide a rain check when your rafting trip is cancelled. Terrible policy. Otherwise would be five stars. Greed is not becoming

Incredible fun, knowledgeable staff. I felt like the money we spent was valued by the staff. If I had to offer a suggestion, good and drink is far too expensive. We re a captive audience, reduce your prices and you ll make it back, no doubt.

What an awesome experience flying through trees over water.. and who can forget jumping off a 100ft platform with a sensation of free fall. The park is extremely dog friendly and definitely something that can be done for a whole day ... Total blast and they also serve alcohol.
