The National Monument was very interesting. Lower grade to the center. I went in on a Saturday and after a 1:20 hr ride walk into the center. The only two ladies behind the counter were busy listening to an older lady small talk and left me standing there for many m8nutes. I finally gave up and left.

Some people forget who pays the bills and their salaries at Ntnl Parks, they should have the highest customer service standards and unfortunately it seems they have entitlement instead.

It was snowing when we visited, but the trails were still accessible, which made our experience something different but still beautiful.
This monument rather should be a national park. What great views and historical scenes it offers!

This was a place I was not expecting to be anywhere near as inspiring and impressive as it was. It is a long ways from anywhere, but so well worth visiting. You are not expecting this kind of mountain scenery in southeastern Arizona. It is gorgeous, cool, and green. The rock formations are incredible. So well worth visiting.

Outstanding and breathtaking. A little off the beaten track but well worth the visit to see such a spectacular natural exhibit. Open during covid. Restrooms. Opearating water fountains. Picnic tables available by visitors center. Oh, and if you go, do yourself a favor and drive all the way to the end.

A fantastic place to go and get away from it all. We had the opportunity of having three nights in the campground, make sure you're under 29 ft as that's the maximum that they will permit. We took 2 days to hike around the park amazing views and very relaxing and quiet nights.

A beautiful setting and understandably a suitable of the ranch established there in the 1880s by the Eriksons, Faraway Ranch.

Off the main track by a great place to trek.

:( May be one of the ranger inside the visitor center having a bad day, not willing to explain where to hike, where to see. Luckily I m a National Park Explorer, able to find all the great beautiful spots. Visited all 50 States, explorer more the 52/61 US National Parks

This place is awesome. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It's beautiful, epic landscapes, and the staff working is some of the friendliest I have ever come across. I saw plenty of wildlife. If you are a birdwatcher, this place is amazing. I saw turkey, tons of deer, even a coatimundi. Oh and squirrels too. This place is beautiful, very little people and the campground has some of the nicest sites I have seen. I will definitely be back.

We had fun looking at all the unique items in the shop, reviewing the informational displays, and talking to other people enjoying this wonderful place! Aaron gifted Dan with some Cactus Sweets!

Such beautiful scenery. The ranger was very helpful. She gave us good information when we started out and answered our many questions when we stopped back at the Visitor Station on our way out. But go for the spectacular rock formations.

First of all, if you're not enjoying the natural wonders, go see them! Second, Chiricahua was one of those places I saw a photo of and was instantly drawn to! I built an entire solo road trip around visiting this place!

But I digress. Let's talk Chiricahua. It's free. There is a long desert highway and cool wind (depending on season), and picturesque views as you drive to get there. And it's free to enter. Did I mention that?

The visitor center has clean flushing restrooms, the rangers are super nice and friendly, and the gift shop isn't ridiculously overpriced.

We drove the scenic drive, hoofed it around Massai point, made a few roadside stops to take in the views, all before the sun went down. I'll definitely be back to stay at the campground and do a few days of hiking for more sights!

Love the Chiricahua mountains! Every time I go I see something new. The rangers are awesome. Very nice and helpful. I recommend the tour of the far away ranch. It's a great get away and a great way to enjoy the outdoors and learn about the past.

This place is otherworldly. I have been to many national parks and monuments but this is definitely one of my favorites. If you go in at Sunset, the hoodoos in the canyon practically glow. It is really almost spiritual and magical. I highly recommend driving to the end and going to the point for sunset. You won't regret it.

Great park with amazing views anywhere you go! We are definitely coming back soon to do more trails! The ranger in the visitor center was extremely helpful on which trails to do with our time constraint. Made for a wonderful day trip!

This park was surprisingly good. The rock formations are unique and special. We did the echo canyon hike and experienced a wide range of conditions, hot dry to inside narrow draws to trees to near ponds ending in the open space of echo fame. Then climbed mountain and enjoyed wide vista's. Hikes were not that strenuous and doable by family.
