I did not receive the colors I asked for and my hair is still a disaster. No blonde just total grey in my hair. And light lowlights turned into hunks of black throughout my hair. I have all the pictures before and after as well as the supposed fix job of just a toner rinse. . They will see me in small claims court. 130 bucks what a joke!!! Didn t even get a soda out of the deal- they were out of those too. No bleach no soda and no talent -
No excuses for this.
