A few years ago I was introduced to U-MAN. I followed it, along with some other business persons, on the line TEAM 1 (feel the human factor within a company and understanding), and this to the great satisfaction. To date, I use what I have learned at U-MAN almost daily. In the meantime, our entire team within the office has enjoyed a short version of this training, which is a nice added value. In the future, we will undoubtedly still rely on the U-MAN training courses.
