The training courses at U-man have given me the tools needed to properly perform my position as a manager. How I can best communicate, how to tackle problems or difficult situations, how a general organizational structure works, insight into the company, what can be improved and how we should tackle this, etc ...
I now have the confidence needed to lead and train people. And I always enjoy taking the next course, knowing that every course is really useful and will bring me a lot!
