Amazing service!! Our vaitor Thomas, went out of his way to make our evening perfect, it was a true pleasure dining at kuchina w arsenale, the food was excellent and the meringue desert perfect!
One of the best foods I've ever tried in my life, very profesional and excellent service, price / food relation is really good, specially for people coming from outside Poland. We booked this place to have dinner 3 nights.
Tartar steak, asparaguses, pierogi, all are worth their price. The coziest spot during summertime is in the courtyard.

Dull. Fama does not go with the level I expect from a restaurant of a well-known restaurateur. At the organized party, the guests ate all the starters, ate bread thinking that there would be nothing left because how much time you could wait for the main course. The fact that chefs prepare dishes for guests, which can be considered an interesting bajer. The main course was only correct, my grandmother does the same, which is not surprising as befits the best chefs in the country. The Gessler family got me used to a different level. This time is weak.

Place overrated. The first impression is bad. Dirty windows from outside, and macabre from the inside, special at the setting sun at 18.30-1919. For a moment, I thought that I had mistaken the address and went to the warehouse. Stylization for the post-war years (?) Can not mean triviality. Dust hanger near those dirty windows. Kitchen cloths (ragged) laid as napkins, quite poorly fulfilled their function. Serving sauces for dishes from burnt, old pots was simply dying. Unwashed wine carafe, although the glass and dishes are clean and of good quality.
No taste in the decor. Eating an open kitchen could have its charm if the kitchen was not so large and did not overwhelm its size.
Inadequate price for the service. On the plus side - nice waiters - as people.

The beginning is very nice, very nice lady accepted the reservation for 18 o'clock. We arrived with friends for an agreed time, where after entering the restaurant no one was interested in us, after about 10 minutes a nice gentleman came to us and asked if we had a reservation. He said the table was ready and led us. After reaching the table, it turned out that there were four chairs missing, we were very surprised. Waiting for chairs after about 10 minutes. the waiter offered us a change of table. Of course, we agreed, the waiter said that in a moment he would lead us to a new table (of course, we waited at the table standing, feeling uncomfortable at the same time :(). For the next 10 minutes, the waiter ran around the whole restaurant as if he was looking for something, he passed us several times, but he was staring out and not paying attention to us ... AFTER 30 minutes of waiting - we gave up and left.
I do not recommend, service does not respect the customer and his time.

Very poor service, ignoring customers who came to dinner from Restaurant Week and jumping around with regular customers. Medium food: the meat is dry, the cepelin has practically no filling inside. And the dessert was served on a plate with dried orange goo 'for decoration' and at my friends the fruit was swollen I will not fly and I will not come back. And their prices are definitely too much for the quality of the whole.

A special place. Individuality and noble simplicity are the advantages of this place. That is why it tastes so good here. They are extremely friendly for changes and annexes to dishes which is very nice and only shows their professionalism and individual approach to the client. Extremely crowded place - no wonder - so they will forget and not report ... but then you have to reprimand and they will apologize and pour the goblet. Warsaw is 'flooded' with pubs and restaurants but still eating well is a real art ....
This place is no longer created by chefs and a large group of people who have cooked and cared for your palate for years. . Who made sure that he noticed us and described the "Michelin Guide". As a chef, along with most chefs, we do not agree with serving thawed reheated bread transported from another city. I don't want to participate!

As for the bad reviews ... Everything is made fresh, you can wait 10 minutes for food from the freezer. And you have to wait for the delicious ones.

Non-standard service but in the most positive sense. Well, delicious food.
Excellent food and drinks servered by a dedicated team. To start we shared the steak tartar which was skillfully prepared at the table and melted in the mouth. I followed with the roasted goose leg which was succulent and full of flavor. The attentive staff made the experience very memorable especially the trumpet player who encouraged us to sing along to some classic tunes. This is real restaurant serving proper food at affordable prices, don t expect pretentious pretty little plates!
The atmosphere of the restaurant definitely feels like sitting in the courtyard with a lot of greenery and a little shade on a hot day :)
Place changed its owner. Old vibe is gone and beloved taste of the tatar is gone.

A great and varied menu, based mainly on Polish cuisine. The starters include herring, tartare, cold legs - everything is plentiful and of excellent quality. Main dishes also recommendable - especially the duck. Delicious desserts - meringue and homemade ice cream. On the downside, coffee and a lot of shortages on the wine list. Overall impressions very good. Waiter service at a high level. The restaurant can be safely recommended for a business dinner, especially with guests from abroad - the atmosphere and quality of the dishes meet international tastes.
Elegant, tasteful, in a good location, served with grace and good taste. A place to celebrate special occasions and probably a weekend dinner for relaxation. I liked it which means I will probably come back there

Everything is commented as "we print the card 14 times a week and I don't know why they write it in the card; this dish should look like this" First of all, certainly not 14 times a week, and secondly - so what.
Waiters at plates without aprons, cashier in a down jacket at tables with food, and at the end of the bill inconsistent with the facts. I ordered one dish and juice, so it was easy to remember. The price of both the dish and the juice did not match. Again the same excuse that "the cashier does not remember, because 14 times in a week" ... Then the cashier took the surplus from the POCKET and returned it to me !!! Does Gessler commit you to dishonesty?

Despite the reservation, we stood in the passage of 50 minutes. 50 minutes too long. Initially, Mr. Adam came to apologize and promised that our table "in 3 minutes" would be ready. I wasn't angry, it could happen, but the table, which was supposed to be ready for us (about 0.5 hours passed since the apology) was covered with dirty tablecloths, on the glasses from the bottom were leftovers of food, the service didn't do anything about it, so we left. And we will definitely never return.

We arrived around 8pm and there was not much left on the menu.
We had 2 different dishes, 2 broths and frankly great disappointment .. Much too salty and not at all the taste of Poland.
The "Indian" waiters do not speak Polish but a little understandable English.

I am appalled at the restaurant the tip intended for the waiter who served us was taken over by the manager. In the current situation we will be forced to pocket the service!
