Very pretty and you will learn a lot, but it is also a lot of work. Don't go to school here if you don't want to doing homework everyday. If you are visiting, its very pretty with neogothic buildings and the beach right there.

"Where fun goes to die." You gotta love the poor ratings based upon food in the book store or the waiting time of indigents in the ER. If you want to improve your brain and learn how to think, there is no better place in the world. I got my undergraduate degree here and went on to run multiple organizations and to sit on 7 different boards including corporations, athletic leagues, and even a Board of Edumacation. U of C made the difference - not my elite graduate schools. If you have an option to go here; take it. Your other offers will NOT do more to improve your life or your ultimate contribution to humanity. Oh, and the winters suck!

The campus and school maybe great but the emergency room and staff suck! I brought my mom in for flu/pnemonia symptoms and after 4hrs no one has even bothered to listen to get lungs. She's a lung cancer survivor with 1 lung and they never listened to her chest, no xrays, nothing but blood pressure and fever check. Its almost like they leave you long enough maybe you get fed up enough to leave. Its truly ridiculous

I am really disappointed on how management treat their staff. When it comes to african american women working under racist white people. Four wonderful women were fired for being black . They were employed for 5 - 22 years. Oh they were not fired their job title no longer exist. Manager Michelle Rainers Hem/onc /Ivt. 6th floor

I attended the U of C for undergrad and loved it. My classmates and professors were all very passionate about learning for the sake of learning, not necessarily because it will lead to material wealth. The Common Core curriculum offers a broad education across many disciplines which cultivated my interests in various subject matters. It was common practice to engage in philosophical discussions during dinner ranging from the significance of Aristotle's Ethics today to discussing the unintended consequences of a literary work on a particular historical event. Even though my concentration was in the Biological Sciences, the flexible Curriculum permitted me to take courses in many different areas such as the Social Sciences, Humanities, Music, and History courses. The inquisitiveness that one develops here will always be a part of you years after graduating. I'm extremely grateful for my Chicago education and you will too if you decide to come here!

Huge campus with lots to see. Make sure to walk around and see all the different and famous architecture styles all over. Don't be afraid to check out the inside of a few buildings. Also, there are many museums around with great exhibits, and surprisingly all for free. My personal favorite was the Oriental institute. The artifacts they have are in great condition. And of course, you must check out the Rockefeller Memorial Chapel. A true historical landmark of Chicago.

I was remembering my most memorable day of my School life. Once I was with my friends to attend a lecturer class as it was 10.00 am in the morning, but unfortunately I was late my friends were kidding to me about the time. At college days I had very memorable moments in my life. High school is an institution which provides all or part of secondary education.

Great school with some interesting architecture and free museums. I was considering grad school here but ended up not applying. The Rockefeller Chapel is awesome. Some snooty people walking around campus that kinda look down at you if you are not affiliated, and they know who is and who isn't. The presence of security on many corners even during the day is kinda ominous!

This is a fabulous campus that is half open to the public. Wonderful old sterling architecture that pleases the eye. I have stayed here many times to play chess against the locals and join some of the free open events. They also have a large selection of food to buy, discounted if you're a student here.

I think who in the store is the arrogant owner of the store, and he tells you from Ross of Achkhbouh, and your eye stole me and your eye when I objected. Pay attention before what you pay, and I am not the first one to be with you, and the right is said to add and arrange, but the defect in the washing machine is not in the powder.

My older brother went here for his undergrad degree and I went here to attend a summer program for high school students back when I was in high school. It's always been a great school and continues to be at the top of its class. The architecture is great as well.
