I purchased a dress for a special occasion at one of the Cache locations. They did not have my size so they mailed it to me. I waited the time period they requested and I did not receive it. When I went back to the location the employees and manager let me know that once the dress is sent out it s no longer the company s problem. They were very rude, I never received the dress and I never got a refund.

I purchased a jumpsuit from your Staten Island location only to get it home and find out that the lining had been cut from one of the legs. The garment was apparently worn, returned, re-tagged and placed back on the rack for resale. Just because it was 50% off does not mean a customer should be duped into purchasing a pre-worn garment.
