Impossible to get a hold of Customer Service by phone. Twitter allows hardcore pornography on its web site. I have contacted them yet they have refused to respond. They profess to be about free speech but have been deleting accounts of conservatives that do not align with their liberal beliefs. I believe this is a discriminatory practice.

Twitter seems to selectively suspend accounts at their personal will, like a tyrant chopping the heads off those he deems are unfit or deplorable.
A newly created account was put into Suspended mode without even 1 tweet being posted and no reason seems to be given. So much for Freedom of Speech on Twitter
I would never lift a finger for anyone associated with Twitter was in harms way or a life threatening situation. Twitter sucks due to the Double Standards that are imposed on some & not on those that make death threats against elected officials.

Twitter headquarters. There is a large supermarket on the first floor and there are many people until midnight, so you can feel safe. There is also an eat-in space where you can eat casually. It seems that there is also a cafe. The downtown area is not very safe, but the main street facing this headquarters is safe at night.

Grabbed a drink with a co-worker at the Market downstairs. Not cheap, but a lot of nice food and drink options.

Twitter goes against the constitution banning free speech for being a Republican or supporting Conservative views. Their stock price sums up how long they will be around as they have zero revenue from marketing.

No phone number , email support team that goes against its own Tos. Allows people to be harassed and religiously targeted. Horrible customer service standards

The building security group is so rude. I paid a visit to the company as a client and had some issue with my entrance card. Not only did not they help me, they also pushed me away and yelled at me. It's really unprofessional. Such a shame for such a good company!

I am so tired of having my account taken down because of being falsely reported by my stalker. I am now permanently suspended and no matter how many times I try to contact twitter about the wrongful suspension of my account I just get automated replies containing "Twitter does not tolerate threatening the use of violence or targeted attack," when all I did was call my stalker pathetic in a tweet. Twitters automated report algorithm is SO messed up. People are being shadowbanned for tweeting "thanks"/"thank you." I've been using twitter for years. It used to be a really great platform to connect with people who have your interests and make your voice heard. But now its a place that abuses the power they have. They claim its all in the name of "safety" but they have never once taken down the accounts created by my stalker that use my face and pretend its them. They have never taken down the accounts that directly threaten me via DMs or public tweets.

People help please! I was hacked a few years ago by a twitter and email account, so I lost my way to the account. Which published false information. I tried to communicate with twitter and they never responded. The information contained in this profile is false and I know that the current information collectors (Big data, optical fiber) collect the information without knowing that they are false. Which hurts me.

Twitter is a huge supporter of the liberal vote and agenda.Period. Their mission is to silence the conservative voice and that's just what they are doing by suspending anyone who speaks out and defends our President and the conservative view. Well, this site USED to be good. I had joined the site back in 2009, as my business friend Russell Brunson recommended it to promote on and one of my other friends Deborah Cole Coach Deb wrote the first book on Twitter. That was before everyone else came on and started their tricks and bullying, blacklisting and extortion methods. That was also before black twitter . So Black twitter thinks it s funny to bully me? Really? and others they don t like on this platform! What exactly are they attempting to tell? I was in here before all those other LOSERS showed up. Is Twitter in the business of gaining customers at any cost? Why are they allowing bullies and abusers to be present on their platform?? Why do they allow slandering and character assasination to be had on here? Does anyone actually watch the site or are they just robots eating doughnuts all day? Seriously. They also allow Terrorists on their own site? Are they gonna be at a Congressional Hearing like Zuckerberg of Facebook? It is all really sad on the internet these days.

Twitter suspended my BRAND NEW account 3-months after registration. I registered the account for the launch of my new company this Quarter. The account had no followers and nobody following as yet so I assumed this was the reason.

The best part is that for the last FEW WEEKS I have been unable to reactivate my account and they aren't responding to any of my support emails either.

Honestly twitter is going to be run to the ground after suspending millions of accounts for no reason. I haven t been able to talk to one human being from support. They claim they hate bots but are so lazy that they can t even get a human being on the other end of the HQ number, or to respond to suspension appeals. They just send everyone an automatic message. And on top of this, these suspended accounts weren t even given a warning. How hard could it possibly be to send out a mass email warning accounts if it s possible to send out mass suspensions?

There have been small businesses reported, people that use the site as a platform. People are handed suspensions for using a SOCIAL PLATFORM to FOLLOW people. A little ridiculous, don t you think?

And then the accounts suspended can t even come back. If you make a new account you re banned from the site altogether. Back to Facebook and Instagram we go. Jack Dorsey is an ass.

A close friend of mine is being harassed over politics by a twitter user who has posted his home address, a photo of his child, and his child's name. Twitter's staff has been made aware and instead of following their policy, taking down the tweets and suspending the account, they demanded more personal information from the victim and have so far left the posts up, public, and unaddressed.

The only difference between my friend and others who I've seen able to have twitter accounts suspended with a single complaint is his political views. It is my belief that twitter staff is condoning the harassment and the public post of a child's photo, address, and name only because they disapprove of the victim's political views.
