TWITTER has suspended my account for MONTHS...with...

TWITTER has suspended my account for MONTHS...without telling me WHY, without
giving me an opportunity to talk to a human being, so that I can find out what happened. Also, Twitter is NOT texting me, when I have completely followed the directions to.the.letter.
I'd just like to talk to a human being. Please.
