Poor service, lack or ownership

They provide no service at all. After reporting an issue more than 5 months ago, the issue is still not solved due to "administration error" of a third party. After countless reminders they keep blaming others, instead of fixing it. I've never seen such a poor service from a company.

Unfortunately, every meeting has a different manager from Twinss who is not aware of everything. They are difficult to reach by telephone, but the answer is reasonably quick via email.

A management office that does not have its own administration in order. Are not available by phone and do not respond to various mail. I have already received three incorrect reminders while the total contribution was transferred in May 2019.

Particularly poor service with regard to reporting a repair request from a repair request. Twinss does not even want to hear your request by telephone, but you are immediately cut off and you are requested to report the repair via the website.

After posting this review, I was called back within an hour and the repair request was treated seriously and repaired the same day.

We are more than satisfied with Twinss VvE management. We switched this year and we immediately see a huge difference between our old manager and Twinss VvE management. The communication is excellent as a board I get an answer within 1 day and I can always reach our manager by mobile.

What is also important to us is the continuity that Twinss VvE management can guarantee by working with management teams.

If you are looking for a new manager, my advice is to call Twinss VvE management.

1 star is too much!
Are very difficult to reach and if you already get them on the line then they promise all kinds of things but then you never hear anything again. Have been experiencing leakage in a basement box for 2 years and they are not doing anything about it.
Last year several cellar boxes were under water ... called several days and after a week she sent a plumber to clean up the water .... top service! As long as they get their 100, they are all fine.
How happy I will be when I move and never have anything to do with this worthless institution again.
They are a bunch of exploiters ...... twins you should be ashamed of you!

What terrible mismanagement. Arranging almost nothing, and what is arranged in terms of finances goes wrong. We have been trying to arrange to leave Twinss for a year now, but we are consciously thwarted by Twinss because they do not respond to anything and do not schedule meetings. Do not employ this party, because it is a waste of money and leaving it is also made difficult.

We have good experiences with Twinss VvE management. We have been working with them for several years. When there are problems, they are solved quickly and accurately and we are happy with our regular managers. The are always friendly and very helpful. A big compliment to Twinss.

After submitting complaints several times, no improvement is visible at all. Error upon error is dismissed as a careless thing.
The employees are lying, pretending that they are unaware of things while I have informed them myself. Then be honest that you have forgotten.
Now again, for a third time, no contribution has been written off to the owners.
Business is delayed for a long time. For example, an inventory for checking locks has been going on for months.
Twinss has proposed (early July) to meet digitally. that meeting still has to be scheduled. When I ask if that can be done, I am asked whether we want to meet digitally.

They promise that there will be a call, that never happens.
There is no feedback on reports that are made, even if things are apparently unclear to Twinss. For example, as chairman, I have agreed to carry out a repair, but it remains for a month and after asking again myself, I find out that they were not sure whether it could be picked up.

For the meeting that has been arranged, there should actually be annual accounts including the 2020 budget. This is lacking. The board is then blamed for this.

After being very dissatisfied for at least a year, it is clear that we are going to cancel. Twinss knows that too. Only they see it as an opportunity to no longer provide any service that we have paid for. Twinss has just confirmed by telephone that they are like: we are not going to provide the service anymore, because they are leaving anyway.
In doing so, they do not bear in mind that we have had to pay the full amount for a year and that they are therefore completely in default.

Update December 2: It's getting worse and worse. Invoices are now even paid without the approval of the board, while the invoices concern private matters.
