After submitting complaints several times, no improvement is visible at all. Error upon error is dismissed as a careless thing.
The employees are lying, pretending that they are unaware of things while I have informed them myself. Then be honest that you have forgotten.
Now again, for a third time, no contribution has been written off to the owners.
Business is delayed for a long time. For example, an inventory for checking locks has been going on for months.
Twinss has proposed (early July) to meet digitally. that meeting still has to be scheduled. When I ask if that can be done, I am asked whether we want to meet digitally.
They promise that there will be a call, that never happens.
There is no feedback on reports that are made, even if things are apparently unclear to Twinss. For example, as chairman, I have agreed to carry out a repair, but it remains for a month and after asking again myself, I find out that they were not sure whether it could be picked up.
For the meeting that has been arranged, there should actually be annual accounts including the 2020 budget. This is lacking. The board is then blamed for this.
After being very dissatisfied for at least a year, it is clear that we are going to cancel. Twinss knows that too. Only they see it as an opportunity to no longer provide any service that we have paid for. Twinss has just confirmed by telephone that they are like: we are not going to provide the service anymore, because they are leaving anyway.
In doing so, they do not bear in mind that we have had to pay the full amount for a year and that they are therefore completely in default.
Update December 2: It's getting worse and worse. Invoices are now even paid without the approval of the board, while the invoices concern private matters.
