Wind strong need shelter every entrance. Improvement is definitely a deep concern in winter.
Overall fantastic. Not perfect by any means but very nice resort
Great hotel! It's vey modern and nice. Our's a step above move hotels in Fagstaff
Its always buzzing with winners, yup Twin Arrows makes me fell like a winner.
Never cease to amaze me when it comes to distressing...win some lose some my fave peach cobbler a la mode
Beautiful hotel--the room was amazing and far less expensive than a Hilton (plus, this resort benefits actual people other than Paris Hilton).
Great escape from the heat of Phoenix -- had to give up 114 degrees with bright sunshine for 66 degrees and sprinkles of rain. Yea Flagstaff. Casino is great, spacious, and filled with friendly staff. Plenty of parking and good clean restrooms. We didn't eat on this trip, but have in the past and found the food to be enjoyable.
Freindly people they have program for truckers like showers and lounge good food and lots of games
Good service, very clean. Our room was in excellent condition. The restaurants serve food with good quality ingredients.
Do you want to win some money?
Dont forget to goto work and earn it, before you donate it here
Awesome buffet. Truck parking. Very trucker friendly
CHA-CHING did pretty good for our first time here......
It was soooooo beautiful. The entrance was amazing.
Very nice casino. White bull loves it and so do I !!!!!!!
They gave me 10.00 free play for 1st visit. And a deck of cards. I didn't win money
It was fun
Very rude dealers. Horrible buffet. Bad payouts. Will NEVER return
Every one in therelooked sad unlike the desert dimond
Another great visit. Desk clerks were friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.
Always fun to go play, but the place needs something for the kids..maybe a nursery or play area.. I've see lil kids left in cars alone...total bull. People, take care of your children and you won't be reported..
Everything about the resort was awesome and astounding. I would come back again and again
This was my first time back to this area in 30 year's. The twin arrows was a wonderful place to stay.
Nice out of the way Casino. Took all my money. That's why they call it gambling. Have won some in the past.
Large casino. Plenty of slots and table games. At 4 PM only 4 tables open.
loved it until I saw 4 small kids walking past my machine. Why do parents bring children into casinos. Get started early. Get em a players club card
We arive at 11:00 A.M. ready for the buffet. Every item looks yummy. Thank you, I always leave extra satisfied! :) Veteran discount
Casino was great, good game choices. The waitresses sucked! Nothing but attitude! In the 4 hours I was there I saw them twice. The table dealers are amazing, super fun and friendly. I will definitely come back but I'll bring my own drinks this time.
Very nice casino and motel.. They are very nice and helpful!! Machines were a little tight . They had a big selection. I wish they would have put a little more money on the beds. Very hard.. Had a great time!! Thank you for being so pleasant at all times!
Decorated beautifully, loved all the natural colors with outstanding pops of color. It smelled great and seemed bright, now if I would of won, haha.
As an avid gambler and frequent casino goer, Twin Arrows Casino Resort is by far the worst hotel and casino I have ever been to. I am currently laying on my bed, ridden of starvation, being that they provide no means of feeding their paying guest, past 12am. On their website and also advertised on big signs everywhere in their establishment, they claim to offer an "indulgence" cafe that is 24/7. As my party and I go downstairs to check this cafe out to get some food at 11:30pm, the cafe lights are off and there are no working staff in sight. I then make my way to the hotel check in desk to ask if there is any food available to purchase. The short, bald, older gentleman was very rude stared at us and scoffed, "yeah, flagstaff" finding this insanely unprofessional and condescending, I then ask why this cafe is advertised as 24/7 if its clearly not. He replies, yeah it's close, sorry. I replied well isn't that false advertising. He rolls his eyes and again replies, yeah sorry it's closed. I could not believe the service that was being provided, I had to just walk away. Keep in mind, that the closest "food" available in this area is 20 miles away, and is a jack in the box. And to add to all of this, their room service closes at 10pm lol an absolute joke. Never have I stayed at a casino hotel that did not provide their guest with some sort of food, no matter what time it is. Worst casino experience ever!!! Not to mention their machines are extremely tight and apart from the players club staff members, all the staff on the floor are rude and shoot you dirty looks all night long. So do yourself a favor, do not come here but if you must, pack your own lunch, or make sure you or your family doesn't get hungry passed midnight. AT A CASINO!!! Absolutely ridiculous, never will I or anyone I know, come here ever again.
Nice, clean and friendly.
Good strong drinks and we enjoyed the food at the sports bar.
Our room was large and very well maintained.
We would go back any time.
Nice environment with great customer service. The food was great .
Not bad, smokey... but that's common at a casino. Some foods are good.
Plentiful amenities, clean room with a gorgeous view. Food was great and staff was above and beyond helpful.
Great for truckers. Fabulous parking. Showers. Food buffet could be greatly improved but blackjack was fun.
Awesome accommodations for the price. I'm not a gambler so this place has been great. Solid location for seeing all the sights on Arizona.
It's lively place on weekends and enjoyable atmosphere.
It's the perfect free place for RV parking.. big rig parking.. great food.. free coffee soda... very clean bathrooms
Good to go on some nights but not so much in the days
One of the only places you can go in the Flagstaff region that isn't a brewery. Fun place to come play slots. Don't bring money you aren't willing to lose. First time players get a card with roughly $10 of promotional credit so you can learn how to play the slots. Pretty neat thing. My only complaint is that they still allow smoking inside but it's a casino so what do you expect.
This place is like a nice place.. It pays out great.. Loads of fun
The room was really nice, and the staff were wonderful, but the restaurants and room service left much to be desired. If not for the food quality, I'd have given 5 stars.
Clean restrooms. No one really greets you at the front as you walk in. People just look at you. My kids and I had to kind of walk around and find the restroom ourselves.
Had dinner at Zenith Steakhouse. Best steak and lobster I have ever had
Best place to go for get away just to have a little fun
Smaller casino with everything you need , good food ,rooms , & atmosphere.
First time here it was very nice. Only played a few hours but would love to go back and spend the night in the hotel
The casino and food is amazing... but they are not family friendly! I called ahead to make sure it was ok to take my 8 year old to the grand falls buffet and I was told yes. When we arrived there was a line (as expected for the all you can eat seafood buffet) as we were waiting in like we were told twice by security that no kids were allowed on the casino floor I told them we were in line for the buffet and after a couple seconds of dirty looks they leave. Then here comes another one to said the same thing..... I understand no kids in casinos, but then there needs to be a better line for the buffet. So if you are planning a trip or looking to stop and spend the night do not bring your kids. I would recommend staying in flagstaff or Winslow. However I do plan on going back since it is a very nice casino and something fun to do.... but I will make sure everyone is over 21.
I enjoy this casino and the buffet has been updated with is A plus in my book
Buffet lacking in variety & flavor. Not impressed at all.
Had several dealers for blackjack waiting with no patrons but 3-card poker table was never manned at all during my time invested there
Quality of food keeps getting worse. Price for Christmas buffet was unreasonable!
What an absolutely fantastic and amazing dining experience! And at a casino-resort where every other restaurant in it is poorly reviewed, Zenith is not only the a great restaurant that could stand on its own, but it is the Holy Culinary Grail of Twin Arrows!
The decor is just gorgeous and is representative of the "Eagle's Nest", which is the epitome of the Navajo culture, and this place definitely embodies that ranking!
We came in just after they opened @5pm and were their first table of the evening. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves for well over an hour, which I have to admit made the experience feel very VIP! Another component that added to the "royal treatment" effect was our spectacular waitress Nicole! She was so attentive, knowledgeable, gracious, and just plain delightful, which really added to the enjoyment of our meal. The manager was also very attentive and came over to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
What really made the dining experience here so memorable and enjoyable were all the little nuanced touches of class and attention to detail. Offering a selection of steak knives for you to personally choose from for your steak to the tray of sauces that came with my kobe burger which included an especially delicious balsamic
I highly recommend this restaurant as an unpretentious fine dining pre-or-post casino dinner spot and would even venture to state it is worth the 20min drive from Flagstaff!
I am hard to impress, but Zenith well done and bravo!
Nice staff. Batteries on motorhome failed and security tried to jump start for 20 minutes. I appreciated their effort and allowing me to use a land line to call for help.
We stopped here on our way to California. They have great parking for semi trucks. The lunch buffet was good. The highlight was dinner at Zenith Steakhouse! Amazing food and service! We will be back!
Nice place but was too smokey. Machines, working good but need more penny machines---2x & 3x Diamonds, free spins with 2-3x pay. Other than that it was a good time.
I went to see Bernie Sanders speak but the venue and overflow venues were both full so I just left again.
I have have played here over a dozen times and have yet to win anything.
