Clean place inside and out side. Plenty of truck parking

Good sports bar. Good buffet. Not much of a gambler

Been slow everytime I've been there. Makes it easy to get to the games you want to play.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly! Beautiful hotel room, very clean and spacious. Huge parking lot and a designated parking area for RVs or longer vehicles. Casino is great with tons of slot machines. Went to the buffet for dinner and it was delicious!

I travel with ice packs they do not offer a freezer, nor they allow you to use theirs.
Mediocre at best service wise

**Craps and Roulette table games are electronic, chips are digital, and the dice is rolled for you. Check out "bubble craps machine" for visual. Arizona state law prohibits craps and roulette games so it's nice they offer an alternative.

Just went in to check it out. Seems like a cool place for adults. Didn't see anything that would entice a family.

It is ok .Locals win a lot .You a traveler not much hope to win anything.

Seafood night was great and reasonably priced. Definitely would go back.

lots and lots of truck parking and lots of RV parking too.plenty of cameras in the lot since its a casino,very clean and safe parking area.they have a hotel in the casino .they have a bar with limited food menu,also a buffet.no restaurant,just bar and buffet food,its pricey for what your getting

The rooms are very clean and the staff were great. The steakhouse was top notch as well

Beautiful, new and very clean. Plan on staying the night next we come through.

Great food and great service in a beautiful new building. The chandelier in the entry way is a work of art. They had live music and plenty of games to play, although less games than I expected. The conference center is huge and was able to accommodate hundreds of people easily. I can t wait to go back to try the restaurant. I didn t stay at the hotel, but after this visit I would look forward to it.

Waited for my mom in the car but it wasn't sketchy like some casinos.

Well during the time I was there the vibe was. Really napping and I was winning so a good time

Our bread was hard and cold, hardly anyone in there and our food took over a hour to get to us and wasnt worth the wait. Fish had no taste. I asked for fresh bread and the waitress said they are coming out of the oven now. 20 min later we get our bread and its hard and cold again.

Not a bad visit walked out with more then I Bergened for...hell of a time...

The burgers are delicious. And the drinks are good.

This place is really a great place to visit to relax or to gamble and they have five great place to munch out..

First time I went I was given $20 in free play. I had tickets for $30 more in free play. Immediately I was winning dollars, sometimes 5, 10 and $20. Free serve yourself soft drinks and coffee, very nice place.

GREAT visit! Staff was so pleasant....rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. Will definitely be back when we are in the area!!

If you are gona have a casino 20 miles from civilization, atleast have cable, so when it snows, you can watch tv in your $180 a nite room...

I was here hosting a meeting and I was most impressed by the selection of items they offered for lunch. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for a couple of improvements/equipment for the room

They advertise 98% packback slots you win nothing don't gamble here lose money $$$

Nice casino in the middle of no man's land. There is nothing around it within close distance. Looks like they have plans to build around it. Nice place to hang your hat for a night on your way to another destination.

Without a doubt one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were very spacious with fantastic bathrooms that support elegant walk in showers with waterfall shower heads. The casino is also nice for all The gamblers out there but the finishing touch was the steakhouse. I ordered a rack of lamb and paired it with two glasses of 5 star scotch. Great place to stay for anyone going to see the Grad Canyon.

Oh my where should I start from ( on they one of our stay)
We called the room service like 15 times and no one answered the phone, and every time they did, the couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear them. Called the front desk to let them know about the issue and they just transferred me right back to room service...so smart of front desk lady! FINALLY I got tired of calling and told my wife let's go to their buffet, paid 30 dollars to get in which I wish I never did. The food looked so bad and not many choices that I walked up to the cashier and asked for refund.
AFTER ALL I drove 30 minutes to have dinner.
(Day 2 and 3) drove 30 minutes for brekfast, lunch and dinner or stayed out since the food at the hotel was bad and no way to access the room service (so inconvenience). I'll give them 2 cause their room was clean

Had alot of fun here. Won some money...atmosphere was great, clean, friendly staff.

Stopped here for a night on the way to Grand canyon. We booked this in a bidding deal and it was worth it. I don't know how many stars this hotel is actually, but I'm sure this could be be a start hotel. It has a casino in it and the ambience is very good but I have to mention the room quality is not as good as the star hotels as we expect it was in line with kind of quality inn, Days-in and extended stay America. Location was very nice and the restaurant had good food.

It is a very well-lit environment with lots of game choices. The staff is all very friendly and when you and when you hit a jackpot or when a few hundred dollars, the Pink Floyd song Money, plays over the intercom and the amount on the screen and one of the payout attendants come to you so you don't have to get up and find them. no names or anything pop up on the screen when you win but it does go off pretty often!

Great Casino love the table games. The sports bar and Buffet are also great.

Its a beautiful casino to stay at and play. It located right off I-40 heading east of Flagstaff Az. I think it needs more lighting so it can be eye catching, when driving on the freeway.

The casino is in the middle of nowhere but the property is beautiful inside. Dine at the steakhouse if you get a chance. The food is wonderful! I gave it 3 stars because of issues with the casino customer service.

This casino resort is the the best one we have visited! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The casino is also very clean, spacious, and well lit. My biggest compliments are to the staff! We had excellent service from everyone we spoke to; front desk personnel, restaurant staff, casino attendants, housekeeping services we all friendly and ready to help. We will definitely stay here again!

All the machines are new, but for a new casino, it's really smoky.

The flavor is way above any other burger I've ever had.

People and their attitudes and rudeness. This used to be my favorite place to come. Shame on Management and employees for being so arrogant and unprofessional.
