Twin Arrows Casino Resort Review

Twin Arrows is a very beautiful place for the entire family to enjoy. From warm rooms, pool and also a game room for the kids while parents can enjoy the casino. Valet parking is also available. Oh yes he employee's here are very friendly.

The rooms are nice and the hotel is beautiful. However, it is pretty far from other places. Flagstaff, for example, is about a 25 minute drive.

Have been several times this year! Always a great stay, great shows! The RUF MMA shows and their concert line up is on point!

Rooms are always very clean and very nice!

Is clean close to Flagstaff lot of new machines good prices at the bar and restaurant but take to long to bring your food getting hard to win in the slots

I like this place as a pitstop along the way when traveling. Can usually spend a few hours resting in your RV, gas-up and get something to eat. The buffet was recently done over and is pretty darn good. I love to stop just for the buffet.

Never ever stop here. The buffet was terrible. Two of the three people who ate got sick. Never ever again.

Food in sports bar comes out of the same kitchen as the 5star restaurant, so is very good

Really nice to boondock over night free. No hookups, but a good casino and restaurants.

The restaurant needs to improve the food preparation time, at present it is very slow.

Nice clean casino to visit. The food was not as good as most places thst i have been. But all in all it is not bad.

Kinda pricey for a room but big and clean. Refrigerator wasn't working because it needed defrosting and the shower head was mostly plugged up.

It was a great experience. Will be going back soon.

Not much to say, small, horrible buffet but close to Flagstaff

Nice place for entertainment, but best if you have your own vehicle to get there and back. No bus service, and Uber and Lyft can't be reached to get you back to Flagstaff. Cab service is available, but fares around $50.00 +. Those only real drawbacks. Great service, nice Atmosphere.

The room was nice but lacked sufficient air conditioner to keep the room cool. We only tried the buffet and the food was just flat not good. No other options unless you drive the 22 miles into Flagstaff. Next time we will stay in Flagstaff.

its a casino, u lose or win. what i didnt like is the service is a little short or brisk. maybe its because patrons talk to employees like "servants". lol.

Excellent accomodations for an affordable price. Rooms are 1st class, magnificent walk-in showers and bath sheets! Bed sheets are softest of any I've slept in. Restaurants serve delicious food. Casino is fun and almost smoke-free. The Navajo architecture is spiritually gorgeous. It's one of the best places to stay in Flagstaff area. Love it!

The rooms are nice and the buffet had a little of everything. The only drawback is walking through the casino, which is a smoking environment, to get to the buffet restaurant.

Has very nice decor. Has Table Games. Big Parking Lot For Big Trucks!!

The casino was great. Could use a little . ore ventilation. Other then that I enjoy everything about it and look forward to going back soon

I had a great time there. The only thing I didn't like was announcing that there was a winner who won a jackpot. If I had won, I wouldn't want it to be made a spectacle of.

Brand new place, no RV facility, but within quick drive of Meteor crater & Winslow.

The room was clean and comfortable, well appointed with in room coffee, tea, and water. The staff was friendly if not a little slow.

Love this place food is always on point at the restaurant the buffet not so much games are always fun and almost 98% of the time I can find parking with no issues

Stopped in for a couple of drinks and a little slot machine fun. Everyone was friendly and very helpful directing us to where we wanted to be. My husband was drinking coffee and said it was very good (he's picky about his coffee) we didn't win but we had fun and will go back the next time we are passing through. Who knows maybe we will even stay there next time.

Really nice hotel. The king suite was comfortable and clean. The Zenith steakhouse restaurant on site had a nice selection. The food was flavorful and plated well. The food at the breakfast restaurant on site wasn't great. The hotel was also about a 30 minute drive from other decent dining options.

I'm lucky when I come to this casino. The buffet could use a fresher and variety of foods.

Reasonable prices in Cafe and great friendly service. Even won a little cash in casino.

Rooms are reasonable and well kept and a beautiful view of the mountains.
Various slots. Poker and Blackjack. I'd visit again.

While they have a nice casino, good food options, and a driver's lounge for truck drivers, I was not completely satisfied due to being told on the casino floor to put my phone away. Apparently it is against their rules to video record and even though I WAS NOT RECORDING but was on a video chat with my husband who was over 1600 miles away from me, I was still told you can't do that either. I was not bothering anyone because there were no other players around me and was just chatting by video with my husband to make gambling alone more fun and tried explaining that and they still said it is not allowed. Nothing is posted about this so I was surprised when the lady approached me about it and then other floor employees walked by after to keep checking on me. Talk about treating a guest like a criminal over something so stupid. Guess I won't be making this a frequent stop anymore. It is quite a bit off the road and there are plenty of other stops that are not so they will get my business instead.

First and foremost they over charged my account during check in.there TV in there rooms didn't even work. Food was nasty and the staff are super rude treated us like criminals they carded me 5 times . I'm like Hello I'm staying here why you keep carding me . I felt not welcome there also there casino don't pay out good either we got killed on slots machines also got rudely told not to take pictures on the casino floor they coulda been nicer about it. Last but not lease you Can not even bring beer in your hotel room. I will never go back.!

Nice casino. Stopped in to have lunch. Played the machines waiting on the buffet to open. Won some money and paid for our meals.

We love your casino, we stayed in our Rv but enjoy the bar food and atmosphere of the casino.

Beautiful casino/hotel located in a remote area. The staff is very friendly and the resort is immaculate. Highly recommended for visitors.

Small gaming floor attached to a large resort. The google directions go to a freeway exit that doesnt exist. The rooms are gorgeous, but oddly configured. The towel racks are directly in front of the sinks which is weird and awkward. Rooms are quiet. Buffet is pretty good, features mutton stew and frybread. Staff is very kind and helpful.

WAY OVER PRICED ROOMS , ESPECIALLY FOR A TUESDAY 205 $.

This Casino/Hotel has a buffet that is alright and has spacious rooms. The indoor pool/spa is amazing. I loved it. We came up here for the snow and there was plenty of it around the hotel! Came in December.

Slot machines actually pay out not just eat your money up..Went in with $20
Walked out with $180. Not a super big win but was enough.

I look forward to my next visit The pay outs we're good. Seemed like people were winning every couple of minutes

Stopped for dinner only th he cafe snack shop aS open steak house don't open till 5. Clean inviting foyer, no concierge to help.

So sorry I missed it, cuz there's nothing else like it for 100 miles when entering Flagstaff.

Rooms were good except had no lights in our bathroom..went out 1st night there and never got anyone to come fix them..when we checked out was told they would send someone up..stayed here 3 times and never had that issue before.
