Very courtous .profesional beautiful resort delicous food. Great atmoshpere.

Fun little casino. Enough going on and lots of fun games. My favorite is electronic 25c roulette

Slots don't pay.....tables were not so great either.

Twin arrows resort is a very peaceful play. I mean peaceful there are not many people winning on slots and the rooms are over priced with tiny tv's. I Been to motel 6 with better tv's and better services.

The rooms are nice in the hotel. The regular buffet is horrible. The food was all dried up and not many choices. It was around 6pm so you would think they'd put out fresh food. The desserts were actually pretty good. For $14.99 I'd expect a little better quality of food. I've been playing here since it first opened. Seems like the machines have gotten tighter on winning. The smoke can be pretty bad when busy.

A really nice parking lot for RV camping, I believe there is a stay limit but we only stayed one and was easy finding where to go to park. As well we walked around and it was really nice.

Hardly win but lots of machines to loose my money on. ha!

I've been here 3 times now. I just love it! Had an issue with the hotel desk telling us I could use my food voucher for room service. Then when we went to check out they said we could not use it. You know what they did? They took the $50 charge off our room. They gave us BACK the food voucher to use at one of the restaurants. That was so nice!

The casino itself is fairly loose. I haven't taken money home yet but I have been able to play for a really long time. I hit a few smaller jackpots, and so maybe could have broken even or taken a bit home over what I brought but I was having so much fun, I just stayed and played.

The casino and hotel is really beautiful as well. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The pool is awesome. I love the $5 an hour game room and my 9 year old does too.

One of the best casinos I have been too (and that includes Vegas!) I can't wait to go back again. Also got a bonus $40 food credit for my bday even though that was 2 weeks before my last visit. Also up to $40 freeplay and that was after 2 times going. Very generous and the staff is super awesome!

My family just spent the weekend here and are accustomed to 4 - 5 diamond resorts. we had a great time. The amenities were very nice from the grand entrance to the walk in tiled shower in our room. The food at the main restaurants was made fresh and the selections were original. Even the fajitas had a different spin on the recipe. The service was good. Have I experienced better? Of course, but the staff was courteous and paid attention to detail. An example was we were leaving and I asked for a to go order at 10am. The lunch menu doesn't start until 11 so it could have been easy to say no, but she placed my order anyway. The casino is clean and doesn't smell like smoke. That was a welcome change. I'll be back.

Great atmosphere. Open areas of gambling and dining. The Casino floor and hotel are always clean. winning at the Casino depends on your own luck.

Food was great. It was a nice place to stop and stretch during our road trip.

Complementary four nights in a month at Twin Arrows

Just met up with my Son to drop off my Granddaughter. Used the Ladies restroom.

Building was nice well kept great parking for truckers. Everything else sucked. Mostly the many natives there. If your not one of them they treat you rude.f'em

OK, I can only compare to casinos in Vegas. I guess for the area it's a nice place for everyone.

Water situation in the showers is tertible. For the price of the rooms a guest should not have to put up with it. Very hard to adjust the temp... Told the clerk at check out, didn't seem to bother her at all. Nit even apologetic. Also my mother stepped on a nail in the carpet at the bathroom door. That didn't matter either. Never stay there again.

Didn't hit anything big but walked out 10 ahead. Lol

Beautiful casino and very friendly people. I also ate in the restaurant and enjoyed excellent service. I recommend visiting this establishment. I had some luck!

I dropped my purse after returning from dinner. I had a few drinks but was not making a scene or being loud. I was approached by security and told to leave. I told them I was fine just dropped my purse but they insisted. It was so rude. I agreed and went to my room we had there. We got hungry later and came back down to grab food. The security guard immediately stated we were told to stay in our room. It was the rudest thing. Luckily we didn t let it ruin our night but I will never stay here again. They were dead had barely any card tables mostly slots and that was the topper. Never again!

Real cool little casino we stopped at coming from Los Angeles to alberque. Nice sports bar were we got a little lunch. If your in the area stop in.

We had received an offer by mail on July 28th for August, '2014. We called to make a room reservation on July 29th and the call went to an outside agent which told us there were no "regular" rooms available for August 27th, more than a month away. However, they did have a suite for $129. per night. We had asked for a handicapped room and were given another number to call for this request. Called other number and were told basically the same thing. Therefore, we will not be visiting their casino on this trip, nor any future trips. I don't see much sense in sending out offers if you don't do anything but try to upgrade when reservations are called about a month or more in advance, and on the first day offer was received. I find it hard to believe that only suites are available on a Wednesday night.

The casino was medium sized with table games and a fair amount of slots. The buffet was okay. I went on Wednesday, which is seafood night. The crablegs were good. Everything else on the buffet was not the greatest.

GREAT CASINO WITH AN AWESOME SPORTS BAR! The sports bar is fantastic for a meal...good prices and Really good food... The casino has a lot of machines to choose, but the Atmosphere is a little smoky. They allow smoking in half the casino that follows to no smoking area. Clean restrooms as well.

No live poker. I live in Flagstaff, not 20 miles away, and didn't know they had no live poker. Several Google searches and their FB page gave me no info. I asked when I got there and found out I'd wasted my drive.

Nice place to spend the night if your a truck driver. They have plenty of parking but it does get packed early.

Food at the bar was really good but it does seem like the wait to get a drink is a little excessive since there are several servers just standing around talking.

Had the most AMAZING weekend with our 505 family. Safe travels home, we love each and every one.

Very pretty casino. You walk in and there's a huge chandelier illuminating the entrance. The casino games have a decent selection and also decent payouts. I recommend this casino over any in the area.

I like the gift shop, food is great. Free soda. Gaming is excellent.

Casino is nice. Attended NN DPS banquet. Chicken was dry, rice was overcooked. Salad was not all that great. Dessert was dry. What happen to Chief Chef Hector Vasques?

The place is very nice. A very big establishment. Clean and the staff are very friendly.

Buffet is very hit or miss on quality. Been here a few times and it either good or bad. And the buffet is not cheap. In addition the place is filled with smoke for smokers.

We visited Twin Arrows Casino to view the traveling Viet Nam Wall. The wall visited Twin Arrows for a limited time. We are not gamblers so that part of the casino did not interest us. Smoking is allowed in there and that can be smelled from outside it.
The casino features free parking and valet service, and three dining areas including a Buffet. There is a large conference center, a workout area, and an indoor pool. The casino is four years old, but it looks brand new.
It is 20 miles East of Flagstaff on I-40.
The Viet Nam Wall is half size of the original, so it was exhibited uncovered outside. There is a security detail check before one can enter the area. It is wheelchair accessible, and assistance if needed is available.
I thought it was well done. After visiting the real wall in Washington DC a few years ago, this was a good replica. The attitude was respectful and quiet. If you wish to make a rubbing, you will need assistance from the attendants, since one is not allowed to touch the wall.
Wear closed toe shoes, since the field is gravel. The sun was also quite bright.

It's always a good time there. Always a machine open. And free soda and coffee.

Love this place.unlike most places they provide parking and have the nicest truckers lounge I've ever seen !! Showers are awsome.

Horrible booked a room online for $200 when we got there they said the only room available was the presidential suite for $521 still dont know if I received my refund for the $200 and they didnt seem to care
