Definitely would recommend. Had the pleasure of working with Cassandra and Sarah who were both extremely helpful and always responsive. About a week into working with them I had multiple interviews lined up.

I registered with them a year ago after I just moved back from Miami. I had previously had a succesful relationship with them a few years ago before I moved to Miami. Even after I had received a degree and considerable more work experience, they never called back to notify me of assignments. Whenever I tried calling them they said they would let me know....

Tews is a great company. They have helped me tremendously. Placed me in positions that not only allow me to work in my area of expertise, but that allow me to learn much more than I already know.

This is my first time working with a Temporary/Staffing agency! Prior to now, unfortunately I had a negative view about agencies based on what I have read or heard- no specific reasons. Your agency has truly changed my opinion- there has been fantastic follow up, specifically Kelsey regarding the position, logistics, etc. w even received an email wishing me good luck with the new job and if there was anything I needed, to contact the team.

Never got an interview with any real employers and never heard back after I went in the first time to speak with a staffing agent. Not a good experience and it felt like a waste of time.

I was applying for jobs for two months straight. During that time I applied to about 60 jobs and had only a handful of interviews. Many of the employers I interviewed with left me hanging for weeks at a time with no follow up, even when I reached out to them.

I managed to get set up with Tews when I applied to a job they posted. Kelsey, one of their recruiters reached out to me and explained how their agency works. I was scheduled for a meeting with her the next week and during that meeting she told me about an opportunity at a company looking for my skills.

She set me up with a phone interview with them, and then I had two more interviews the following week. Within six days from that phone interview to the last interview, I had an offer of a permanent position with great pay. I have never had an interview process go so quickly and seamlessly!

There were several employment agencies that I've been with but none of them will ever rise above Tews. My almost 9 months at TEWS was a journey, one that I made the choice to end. Charles, Missy, and Robin are incredibly professional and will do anything to help you succeed. I felt the need to write this review because I've had some questions as to why I left.

It had everything to do that I was commuting 1 hour+ to and from work, stress from clients doing what clients do, and not hitting my target at the speed I would have liked. My departure had NOTHING to do with the incredible co-workers I had, my direct team (Jacob, Susan, and Kevin), the freedom to operate / contribute ideas, and lastly with the culture at TEWS, its actually a family.

My honest and only advice I have to incoming Business Development Mangers who find themselves asking "Should I do it". Yes, but have clients ready and be prepared to work your tail off.

Kelsey is the best! I started looking for a different job right before the COVID19 pandemic started in March! She set me up with a couple interviews for some great jobs and I immediately started getting offers for different positions. Unfortunately, I wasn t able to start my preferred job, again, due to the pandemic. I could not be happier! I came in on a Tuesday to discuss what I was looking for and what I would be a good fit for, and then the next day I was matched with an open position. I worked with Tews for six months. Initially it was great when my representative was Rebecca Fessler but then she left and my next representative was uncaring of the issues I was having with the employer at that time. I feel like they work more for the employer than the employees. I felt my conserns were belittled and wasn't taken seriously. Left and will never look back.

Worst recruitment experience. Had a member of the team tell me that the client relationship is much more important than me receiving an offer. Extremely unprofessional. Received 5 calls within a minute while on another line only to finally answer to a very hostile conversation. The recruiter removed me from consideration while the client wanted to proceed.
