I only went here for tailoring, so I can't speak about the dry cleaning. I needed a new lining in a wool coat. I was glad that they had a tailor who could do it, as this was hard to find. When I picked up the coat, the shoulder pads were floating around under the lining. The woman was nice enough to point that out to me. One was by the elbow. And she asked me if I wanted them put back or removed. I thought that was an odd question and I said why didn't he just leave them where they were and tack them back on? She didn't know. It seemed unprofessional to give you tailoring back with a shoulder pad by the elbow and one somewhere in the back, when the shoulder pads were in the proper position when I first brought the coat in. I paid $90 for this? So when I picked up the coat the second time, I didn't question it. Months later when I went to wear the coat, I see the shoulder pads are by my biceps making me look like a linebacker. The lining by the way was done, not perfect, but definitely acceptable. I was going to bring the coat back but decided against it because I don't trust the level of workmanship of the tailor.

Eric Koslow always has my back. I left my last dry cleaner because he was surly, and Eric always makes my trip to see him pleasurable and memorable. You would have thought that after the fire 30 months ago, Eric might have folded up like a cheap lawn chair, but he's made of stronger stuff. He's impossible not to root for after his miraculous comeback and remains the best in the business!

I have been using Robert's cleaners for +9 years now and I have never had any issues with their service. They are affordable, professional, and always deliver on time. They are quick to respond to any inquiry, attentive and polite.
