The rooms have amazing setups as far as beds and living space the TVs are in awkward positions and seem small for the room, nice full size fridge oven and kitchen. You do have to do valet parking is $32 a night the front desk was very polite and helpful when asking questions about the city very secure you need to swipe a card in order to go up to any floor.

The hotel is extremely nice, I stayed in one of the smaller rooms next to the stairwell and there is ample room. My only real issue is that you are basically forced to valet your car. The self park is somewhere around the corner near the mellow mushroom and it is not managed by the hotel. Just know that you'll have to pay $32/ day if you plan on driving a vehicle. And I have been warned that starting next week (June 18th, 2017) they will be under construction so be mindful of that. Also you are across the street from a MARTA "depot" so you'll be hearing buses and traffic all night if you're lucky enough to be on the front side of the building.

i read other recent reviews & am seeing the manager at this location is a HUGE problem. wasnt able to get his name but he was lightskinned, skinny with kind of a fro. he was agressive in his mannerisms & tone with me & it was unprovoked. terrible etiquette, i agree with another reviewer that u ll definitely want to try twelve midtown cause this guy(manager) felt violent. shocking in the south where they re supposed to be known for hospitality :( disappointed that marriott would allow this kind of representation at their properties. i normally love marriott hotels & im a bonvoy member

Room was fantastic. Stayed on top floor (16th) which had a full kitchen. It was like a 1bdrm loft. Would be great for a long term stay or with other friends to gather! Property is right by downtown connector. Easy in and out. Valet $28. Nice staff. No concierge floor. Its winter so we didn't use the pool but its large. Only dink is the restaurant was so slow. It wasn't busy either. Walking distance to Aquarium, Centennial etc.

Room was good. We have a small child and hoped that there would be a door between the living area and the bedroom. Our son was still able to get to sleep, but it would be nice to have an actual door. The room has a great cooking area, but there are no can openers. Don't buy any can goods if you are cooking. They don't provide you with a dish rag or a sponge. Overall the room was great. Just may not have been the best room for parents with a toddler.

At first sight it s a beautiful hotel. Staff was nice the entire time. The rooms were great! The two bad things and these two things will keep us from staying her again is every where we went other then our room smelled like weed. The second we walked into the lobby, the elevators, the hallways. It was ridiculous. Also this hotel also has residents so that was a bit annoying. Guest of residents running around being loud and yes smoking more weed.

We are the third family to experience marijuana smoke on the floor we stayed. This past weekend two separate instances on drug use was apparent in the 16th and 9th floors. We stayed on the 9th. Our friends were told there was nothing management could do about it aside from air spray. When we complained we were told management could not do anything since they could not find the culprit. Either way the hotel has a drug problem and we still had to pay the full price for our stay. I don t recommend this hotel.

I wanted to love it. I was charmed by an Autograph hotel the last time I was in Atlanta - The Glenn - but this hotel failed to deliver. I stayed a week and the bartender on the weekend was horrible. She ignored all of the new customers and spoke nonstop to one particular customer. That s fine for one night but this happened three times with three different people. She s awful. Her inability to multitask was almost masterful. The other people at the hotel - the front desk, valet, etc. - were great. Because of COVID-19, housekeeping is only available every three days. It s fine and the front desk is very accommodating with toiletries. Probably wouldn t stay here again, which is sad because every single other Autograph hotel I have stayed at has been incredible.

Was there to view an apartment we are thinking about purchasing. After visiting the property, viewing the amenities, the view, and the apartment itself, it moved right to the top of my list. Very hopeful we get to live here soon!

We booked this hotel for a weekend getaway with our 2 daughters. Immediately upon entering our room we were overwhelmed by the smell of pot. We made the front desk aware and they offered us some air freshener. They didn t seem concerned and didn t offer to check out the concern. Though out the course of the weekend their was a police raid due to drug activity and a room to room search looking for drug activity. When we spoke to the front desk about the safety concerns with the amount of drug activity they didn t offer any resolution and seemed to care less about our less than stellar experience. The staff person actually told us they have a lot of rappers who stay at the hotel and thats just what they do . Do not stay here if you have young children or any concerns for your safety. I m pretty sure the hotel doubles and underground drug ring. Definitely will not be back.

I have stayed at this location plenty of times, and have yet to be disappointed. From the check in to the check out, the Twelve does not miss a beat. The views of downtown are great, and it's located right next to the MARTA, which is key when you want to navigate through the city. Parking can prove to be a bit difficult, but that can be expected of any hotel in the Atlanta. Overall, great stay, great staff, lovely bar.

Was surprised at parking option, which is valet parking in attached garage for $28/day or one of the third-party garages around the block. The cost for valet was worth it though, as the nearby garages were of dubious quality and didn't cost much less. Also we were able to phone down from the room and have the car ready when we were leaving. Our class of room wasn't available so we were upgraded to a deluxe suite at no extra charge. The room was very nice and very clean. Half of the bed (my half, of course) was horrible and sunken; not comfortable at all. Otherwise everything was very comfortable. I've seen complaints about the noise from the road, and yes, it is somewhat loud. I was initially bothered but by bed time I had mostly tuned it out; my wife was never bothered at all, so your mileage may vary. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the valet staff were prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

When we arrived I was told I would have a certain type of room. That was not the case they couldn't give an explanation as to why. We had 2 rooms it was very expensive and disappointing not to get what you request.....

4.5 stars if I could! Beautiful hotel the suites are so spacious and comfortable and homey. It's in the heart of downtown not far from anything with super reasonable prices, dishes, stove, refrigerator, dish washer and more. Parking is the only down side because it's in the center of downtown it's limited paid street parking, and valet is $32 a day..And after midnight valet may or may not be there. There is a parking garage behind the hotel that allows visitors to park for 11$ a day. But they close the gates at a certain time. Other than that, Jeffery at the front desk was AMAZING! Super pleasant and always in high spirits with a smile on his face! Great place to stay. Will be returning ! They have government or military rates of it applies to you!!! Just FYI

It was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were beautiful and had beautiful views. My only complaint would be the parking, especially valet. It was so unorganized and the cars were jampacked into this one way in, one way out parking lot. It took us forever to get our cars that were just 10 feet away from us.

Such a beautiful hotel. The views are nice, the staff are amazing, everyone from bartender, to hospitality, to concierge, the the front desk. The restaurant inside the hotel is really good as well. Highly recommend. I like the fact that as a safety precaution you have to have a key card to access the floors on the elevator.

Very unpleasent experience. The manager Tamera did not have a clue to what room I reserved so she put me in a room on the 16th floor. Not to mention I have two small kids one that is four, & the other eighteen month. Next issue the sliding glass did not lock. Could not sleep well due to not sure if kids was going to open the sliding door. Promised a king size bed.....bed given queen size. Twelve Centennial Park, work on hiring better staff, I know it's hard looking for good help. If you expect people to pay the rates you have we the people expect quality service.

Met colleagues for drinks at the bar. Less than exiting for a hotel bar. Handed a menu but there was more beer available on draft than listed on the menu. This was not pointed out when I asked about draft beers. Bartender was not bad but could be better. Unless you have business at the hotel, consider other bars in the area. $7 for Michelob? C'mon. Aloft hotel was $3.27 Michelob bottles.

The rooms were clean. The staff was professional and friendly. Shanita at the front desk was very nice and professional. Within walking distance to many attractions. My only complaint would be the service charge for meals at the restaurant.

Our stay Was awesome! The parking situation is something else. Mandatory valet at 30 a night! Hardly any reasonably priced parking! Be careful not to park to park in residential parking or you'll be towed!

Rooms and hotel extremely nice. The restaurant sitting area is closed due to Covid but the bar is open and the food is good. The room was very nice and clean. I was a little disappointed they had a Kerig but no coffee, tea or nothing. I made several calls to guest services and the phone just rang, no answer. Overall, nice stay but will wait until they are back to full staffing.

Valet was extremely slow and unwelcoming. Check in process was fine. First room had torn furniture and questionable cleanliness. Promptly moved to another room with a pile of linens stuffed in the closet. Crusty mystery material on a towel. Bed was adequate, nothing special. Ordered room service breakfast. Disgusting coffee, cold bagel, and no utincles were delivered. Many random knocks on the door through the day. They actually came into the room while my wife and I were working to perform maintenence on smoke detectors. Two separate crews came in. Check out process was easy, valet was slow. Will never return.

The worst hotel I ever booked we checked in on a Saturday morning and just a few hours later they were at the door telling us we had to leave the hotel because they have a no firearm policy which they saw the firearm at check in but allowed us to check in we left as soon as they asked. Three days later they charged my account over $800 for no reason and they keep making up reasons why they charged my card 4 times all different prices. Every time I call they give me a time they have to call back but they never do. The front desk staff is very unprofessional and once they have your card information they charge whatever they want. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE CHARGING AT THE TIME! WORST HOTEL IN ATLANTA!

I said in the hotel with a party of eight for four days. I booked a two bedroom suite they stuck us in a one bedroom. I had to go back downstairs so they can switch me to a two bedroom suite. I was told no one can go upstairs to help me move all my luggage even though it was the hotel fault I was in the wrong room. The new room the AC was not working and had no pots, paper towel and only had 4 coffee pods even though 8 ppl were staying in room. I called room service for 4 extra towels and was told i could only get two. The valet parking was so inconvenient as most of the time there was only one person working. Asked to have room cleaned was told the only clean the room on the 3rd day of stay even though on the Marriott app it clearly says you can request a cleaning. Checked out at the front desk only to look at the Marriott app later and find out they never checked me out. I had to call the hotel to check mw out correctly. The whole experience was frustrating and awful. Do not respond to my comment and ask me to reach out to discuss because I did and all I got was a sorry. This does not compensate for all the aggravation i experienced during my stay.

We went for Dragon*Con. The hotel was very nice and at a perfect spot for people with children who did not want to be in the thick of things but still wanted to be close enough to walk. The room set up was amazing. It had a full kitchen and a partitioned area with a bed separating it from the pull out couch. The pool area was lovely. One of the most lovely I have seen. If I had negatives, the handle on our door to the balcony was broken and we could not use it. Not a huge deal for us (due primarily to the kids) but could have been a deal breaker for others. Using the room key for every single door was a little annoying; however, it was secure and I appreciated that. The restaurant was not exceptional for the exceptional price (we had breakfast), but I am not sure they are related and deserve to be reviewed together.
