The valet service was very poor! Vehicles, including mine, were lined up on W. Peachtree for more than 10 minutes trying to get into the motor lobby. Only after a call to the front desk from my car did things get to moving again. It should not take someone to call from their car to get things moving.

I will never ever ever ever even think about staying at this hotel! If you going to Atlanta I m telling you book another room! The worker here are rude af! Room over priced. And I travel a lot and will book a super 8 over the 12!

I came here (Catch 12 Restaurant) for a birthday celebration. The decor is nice and the service was good. The menu was very limited. I ended up ordering a ceasar salad and lemon pepper wings. I was a bit disappointed because Catch 12 is advertised as a seafood restaurant. Welp...there were only 2 seafood items on the menu. No sweet or unsweet tea. However they did have Coke, Sprite and Diet Coke. In my humble opinion, the overall experience was just ok...oh..one last thing. The birthday girl(woman) ordered lamb chops. Upon arrival of her food to the table, one of the lamb chops slid off the plate and on to the table. The server did replace the 1 lamp chop. Most establishments would have replaced the entire order. I probably won't visit here again. It wasn't a terrible experience but overall it was just ok.

Pool closes way too early in the summer. It s still light outside. And pool maintenance man was creeping on me and my friend while we were trying to relax. Then he called his buddy and he just stood directly behind us watching us. Super uncomfortable. Literally doing nothing else but watching us maybe touching himself too. It was weird Just creepy. Won t be back

I attempted to check in today after traveling from Florida & was told by the front desk he could not accept my driver s license because he thought it was fake. I ve never had an issue before with my ID not even with TSA. I didn t have a second form of ID and was forced to return back home. Despite the fact that the smell of marijuana was all over the hotel lobby to claim my ID was fake was surprising to me. After providing the front desk with my car registration to show it matches my driver s license number and it was in fact me I was told he ll be doing too much if he looked at it. I ve never been so embarrassed in my life so no, I will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Stayed on a family vacation. Booked a one bedroom and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom upon arrival. Facility was very nice and clean. Pool was nice and had a nice pool deck. Location was great, just a short walk to all tourist type places. Certainly a place we would stay again if we are in need of a downtown stay. Staff was very nice and friendly. Also right next door to a MARTA station if you need to use public transit.

Service was almost immediate , the attendants seemed aware of surroundings. It seemed somewhat clean, there was wall paper coming of of the wall in the pool area and there was a strong smell of Mary Jane.

Really nice hotel. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. Can get a little pricey but you pay for what you get. Everything worked perfectly in the room. Room service was professionally and breakfast was great. Definitely will return again.

The rooms are amazing love the set up and artwork . The staff that greet you from carport to checking in seem nice. But we went to the restaurant with my sister in-law and her family. The waitress was horrible with an attitude. We got warm food overall I was very upset about the service( coming from someone who used to work as a server) but the food when warmed up at home was delicious

The room is gorgeous. The check-in desk is helpful and organized. The restaurant is amazing with a fantastic wait staff. A genuine diamond in the heart of downtown. Nobody else should book here so I can continue to keep the luxury to myself.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, roomy and nicely decorated. The balcony in the room and the rooftop pool both provided nice views of Downtown Atlanta. Check in and check out were both speedy. It was definitely worth the price per night. I would absolutely stay here again. A+

Don't. Just don't. Unpleasant experience from the get go. Come to find out they are filming a movie which they had claimed to "have sent an email out" and as loud as it's been and all the smoke from the set and loud gun shots and such. It deserves a phone call kind of thing. I did not get any email. They closed down the bar and room service. Offered no sort of compensation and still they proceeded to charged there already overpriced prices for accommodations. The rooms look like they lost funding mid constructions. You can tell the ceiling is just plywood with a spray paint on it and all the spots they missed and blotches of different colored paint all over. Two different sets of pots and pans neither a full set nor do they make a full set. They didn't even warn us about the whole rearranging for valet it was more like figure it out on your own. No hot water for the shower either. Maid just barges in without knocking and continues to shout while you can audibly still here our TV in the room. She was halfway in the room before I got up to catch her. We still didn't even check out for another day. They can't even keep the little snack center behind the bar stocked or make an attempt to stock it. It is definitely not fare to the guests in the hotel. I'm truly surprised Marriot is allowing this hotel to operate in such a fashion I would not come here again. Go to the W around the corner instead or even a super 8

I went to 12 Hotel today for breakfast while I was waiting for a friend to meet up for lunch. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was okay, but there were maintenance workers right behind using loud equipment behind me as I ate at the bar. So I quickly finished my food ($25 for an omelet, sausage, tea, and soda) and decided to wait in the lounge and catch up on some work.

A security guard with the hotel approached me asking if I was a guest of the hotel, I told him I was not but had just bought breakfast in the restaurant and was waiting to meet a friend for lunch. He walked away.

He returned again a little while later, threatening to make me leave the lounge area despite his acknowledgement that I was a restaurant patron and the fact that I was simply minding my business, doing work in an empty hotel lobby area with active construction in the restaurant area.

I left immediately but walked away feeling offended and disrespected. I ll never return here for food or lodging and will encourage my network to do the same.

I am a repeat guest at the Twelve. Whenever my friends and I visit Atlanta for Dragon Con, we take it as a given that we will stay there. The staff are usually courteous, and the hotel itself is sited well with respect to the convention. The most outstanding feature, however, is that each guest room has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and range. To go along with these, the staff will provide cookware upon request. This allows guests the tremendous benefit of being able to buy groceries and save money by not having to eat at restaurants for every meal during their trip.

Disgusting and rude housekeeping. Rosa nasty housekeeper didn't want to clean my room properly. Ghana not taking the necessary precautions by following Covid19 guidelines.

Nice hotel guest services are professional but the housekeepers are horrible.

Parking attendants will make you wait 20 minutes for your car, especially the day staff.

Keep in mind they are not following proper social distance on the elevator.

The hotel is nice Shay the house keeper supervisor needs to do better with her staff.

The Front Desk Reps were not very inviting. The Lenin in the room was not clean prior to our arrival. Although we paid for valet we had to retrieve our own vehicle. The highlight was The Food and Drinks and service we received at the Restaurant "Room" our server was very nice and conversational

Excellent stay. Suites are modern, well maintained, cleaned to COVID standards, well appointed suite. Lobby area has a great set up for leisure with a full bar and restaurant. Great food at the restaurant at decent prices.
Titanium Elite status recognition was provided. Staff is friendly, courteous, and personable.
Great location in the downtown Atl area. Highly recommend Twelve Downtown and would return when in the area.

Valet will say they will give you VIP parking for $20on top of the regular parking fee of $36, but you still have to wait forever to get your vehicle. No room service because of Covid. No spa. no robes no breakfast. The bed had a dip in the middle and it was just terrible to sleep on. There is no way I would book here again. we canceled the rest of our stay to go to another hotel.
