DO NOT trust this company. I am an ED of a chamber of commerce and I am appalled at how I was treated after being a client for 7 years! They did not inform me of charges until after I called to inquire, instead just charged me for them, then LIED to me saying my husband approved something when he had not even spoken to them once! Also failed to inform me of why my rates went up. When I asked questions about these issues they could not give answers instead they passed me off to agent after agent and told me they would call me back but never would. I have reported this office to Travelers and other organizations who help protect consumers from these type of people.
