Disgusting and rude housekeeping. Rosa nasty housekeeper didn't want to clean my room properly. Ghana not taking the necessary precautions by following Covid19 guidelines.

Nice hotel guest services are professional but the housekeepers are horrible.

Parking attendants will make you wait 20 minutes for your car, especially the day staff.

Keep in mind they are not following proper social distance on the elevator.

The hotel is nice Shay the house keeper supervisor needs to do better with her staff.

Their were several customers with sagging pants and no mask....
Not the standards of Autograph Marriott maybe this would be acceptable at the courtyard or Holiday Inn.
