I've only worked a few weeks im the only African-American here. The supervisor has constantly come up to me saying im not moving fast enough when everyone else is either sitting talking to each other or either someone is standing in one spot. It was a constant thing i go on break he comes searching for me, everyone else just goes on break. I honestly feel mistreated at TW lighting. Going in sometimes feels like a nightmare. There has been times where someone has made a mistake but the supervisor will brush it off because it wasn't a mistake I've made.

We wanted to become their distributor. Then invited an account executive to check the place.
After visit of their sales person, TW has never returned any phone calls/answered emails, despite the fact that the sales guy said that we can move forward. The employee reviews are also terrible.
Terrible company both product and service, purchased about 200 units of the MS048 4' fixture and over 1/3 of the motions sensors have broken. The units are stuck in low light level mode and are basically useless Company refuses to replace the units and won't even return phone calls.
