the most unprofessional after sales because of them i had a lot of juridical problems as i sold my car to them and they promised to solve the problem and didn't even bother to call back because of them i had to pay a lot of indemnities and go to the police

4 days Ago i took my car to change the oil , while submitting my declaration i have requested from them to check the cause behind the high temperature that i had once and i repeat only once before while driving from Beirut to ARZ.
to make a long story short, they called me the day after to inform me that the Culas in the engine is cracked and this is the reason behind the oil found in the car's water, asking about the cost they told me around $3000, " for an Epica LS 2009 ".
since i usually have experience in such Lebanese cases, i have requested from them to stop the repair .. and i headed quickly to the company service center where i had some clashes the customer service officer was very gentle and professional in a way he didn't refuse to give me back my car and stop all the service ... which i respected ... however, i went to the service manager and suddenly the amount went down from $3000 to $1500 approximetly, when they discovered that the car isn't for a well known university in lebanon anymore the previous owners of the car... so it turned out that there is some sort of business between someone in the university and the service center, however the issue has remained the same my ENGINE IS DOWN and i have to change the Culas " and MAKHRATA ...etc" i have requested the details of this new high cost but they couldnt provide me with any logical numbers...
finally i towed the car outside the company service center ( knowing that i drove it myself 2 days before to the shop ) AFTER PAYING 50$ Service Charges with no Report Provided, and took it to a mechanical Called Bachir in Zouk that i didn't know before but he is very professional in a way that he deserves to be mentioned in my comment, it turned out that the engine is great everything is perfect the only issue is the Oil Cooler and the Water Thermometer/ thermostat, and the oil found in the water was caused by the oil cooler which is located in the radiator, the car is in a great condition now and it cost me lower than $500 ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So i do not recommend the company service center at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and this was my experience with Chevrolet service center !!!!

I have made a big mistake to buy a car from Chevrolet. I bought 6 years ago the Chevrolet Cruze and it turned out to be the worst car ever as I have faced many technical problems in the car from the day I bought it.
