TVH Bucuresti Review

The Hilton Hotel at international standards has very modern conference rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and found the service very good. The rooms are nice although not very big, the beds comfortable as are the pillows. The cleaning service very good and although we left valuable things we did not miss anything during the time we were there

The place is very nice for a work party. The personnel was very very kind and helpful. We had a great time.

What an enjoyable stay! This review is about the entire guest experience from check in to check out. Upon arrival, I wasn't sure where to park but quickly realized, just park on the hotel lot and it was free. Easy! Next came check in. Upon entry, I was warmly welcomed and greeted as a valued guest. Check in was quick and simple. As, a frequent Hilton property guest, this property lives up to the Hilton name. By the way, I read in another review that the lift is small. Actually, it is quite large by European standards. Arriving on my floor, I noticed the fresh smelling hall. It may be a little overwhelming for some but I welcome it. My room was the junior suite. While not the latest updated furnishings, the room and bath were clean and in perfect working order. And the bed was very comfortable.
Lastly, be sure to grab a coffee in the bar area. I had the best cappuccino and latte here. Better then any Starbucks. Made with a smile.
Simply put; this property and staff delivered the perfect stay!

Expected from the hotel, "Hilton" more. In the evening, they found a broken sofa, the workers tried to repair for more than an hour, and we were with a small child and it was already 22.30. They asked to change either the sofa or the room. They refused, they said now everything will be repaired. As a result, they brought two logs into the sofa and said everything was OK. We decided to leave earlier one night after such service, took an extra 20 Euro. The second time I will not come here for sure.

My TV did not work. My shower did not work. They would not move me rooms. Worst hotel experience I've had. Back to Marriott I go, you should come with me.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, everything for a carefree stay

Although is a business hotel, as a family we felt welcomed. Very good breakfast

The only good thing about my stay was the cookie! My room had an arwful smell and the air conditioning made me ill. The food from room service was pretty poor, same with the restaurant. Breakfast was reasonable I ll admit but for Hilton standard I was thoughly disappointed. One thing I will say is the Staff were very friendly.

Verry good location

We have just returned from a great 5 day visit to Bucharest staying at the Double Tree. The staff were very welcoming friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely comfortable clean room. Breakfast also very good. We have no complaints at all and have no doubt that if you weren't happy the staff would do all they could to make it right with a smile. Example breakfast was extremely busy one morning so we decided to wait a while. The concern was genuine even offering to take breakfast to our room. 15 mins later we returned and enjoyed a good breakfast. Would reccomend.

The hotel is fine, parking available right at the entrance, rooms neat and regularly cleaned. You can sleep, neighbors can not be heard. A nice surprise to welcome - a warm chocolate cookie. I rate the stay in a hotel well.

Very nice location near the House of the People. Very close to Downtown and grocery stores and smaller restaurants. The rooms are quite luxurious and very comfortable. Good food and room service. I had a great stay for a week.
