Excellent dealership with professional staff and managers. I am very happy with a Mazda 3 (2018) that I bought from the outstanding sales representative named Minh LeDuc. He is very dedicated, work hard to provide you the car that you want with the best price. After selling, he spent 1 hr. to tutor me in familiar with using the brand new car.

My first impression of the service department was a good one. I will give a more detailed assessment when the work is completed. Work completed in a timely manner and all systems are go. Cost was less than anticipated which was most pleasing.

Went on may 13 2020 for a recall in my dodge journey, when I picked up the car I drove a few miles and I started to smell a burnt smell ,I was able to make it home and check under the hood and the hose from coolant reservoir to coolant cap was disconnected and I found it hidden between the engine and the air filter compartment also now the car is leaking, my car was perfectly fine before to go to this place, I sent some emails to Malcolm Urgell and still no answer.

Update: changing the score from 1 to 4,Tuttle click contacted me and sent a mechanic, he checked the car and saw that is OK and answered a lot of questions , thanks for addressing this issue so quickly , I will return.

Nice clean place come in the morning if you want to fix your car

Was told over the phone a key fob was $250. They failed to mention the $187 programming fee! $437 for a key fob? You're taking advantage of people. That's not nice. They can look it up online for free and you charge $190 to do something that takes 5 minutes. Swap meets do it for $80.... Come on now.

They said they did a thorough transmission diagnostic andmy transmission needed to be replaced because it was slipping. I instead took it to my mechanic who determined I had a transmission hose leak and my fluid was extremely low. Saved me $4K from the dealer rip-off.

I've taken my Ford here a few times for service and every time the staff was friendly and quick. Paul Parsons took care of everything I needed and went above and beyond the standard customer service I've received at other dealerships.

Went to Mazda Service, under construction, recommend staying away until done.

I was waiting to talk to a service manager, made an appointment too, decided they were understaffed cause I had to wait and there was very little room to even pull up.

Basically, the Mazda dealership near the 5 and Tustin is managed 10x better from my first impression. This dealership service department gave me doubts that my car would even get repaired correctly, I guess maybe just a bad first impression, but I guess we'll never know cause I'm definitely not going back.

The staff are very respectful and take good care of your car.

Hyundai's internet sales manager, Steve, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all. It's a very pleasant experience, even I decided to wait a bit.

I use the the service center here, driving way out of my way. I purchased a Super Duty diesel through Costco at Tuttle Click a year ago and will not allow anyone else to touch it. You want John R to assist your diesel service.

When I first moved to the OC twenty plus years ago, T-C service was a joke. But it has come a long way since then. The Hyundai dealership does a good job looking after the car and me. I usually wait for my car and it has never been an excessive period. Those times that I knew it be over night they arrange a loner or a Lyft ride home and back. Yeah the waiting room could be nicer but it is comfortable.

Great service. Paul had great customer skills. I'm very happy.

I'm glad I decided to take my car to Tuttle-Click in Irvine. I just wish I had started going sooner. The staff are very good and friendly. Waiting to get seen can take some time, depending on when you go. Monday's and Friday's seem to be the busiest days. Service has always been honest and top notch. I do recommend making an appointment, it does help speed up your service time. Highly recommend these guys!

Great car buying experience. Bought a 2015 Hyundai Veloster from Mike Mahdi and everything from my point of view was perfect. The process was quick, he was very thorough, and even got the car repaired magnificently after I bought it. Would definitely recommend.

I was in the market for a new car and had read wonderful things about the Hyundai Genesis so we decided to stop by the dealership for a test drive. I was in the early stages of my search and wasn t planning on buying that day. But Mr. Mousa Nohad, who greeted us warmly when we arrived at the dealership, invited us to sit in the three Genesis models while he finished up with another customer. Mr. Nohad was extremely knowledgeable about the brand, asked good questions to help us narrow down our options and made us an offer we couldn t refuse. We ended up driving away in a beautiful new Genesis g70 that day!!
Every person we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to want to earn our business. Check them out if you re in the market for a new car...especially if you want a super fast car for not an arm and let then check out the g70.

Came in for my vehicles first service. It was a bit of a busy Saturday morning, and I was able to get in and out in under an hour and a half. Anthony did a great job of keeping me updated.

I've been a loyal customer of this dealer! They are professional, friendly with a high quality customer service! I always use my time there to do my stuff as they have free WiFi and free coffee! Their computer room is clean quiet and suitable for doing your daily work while awaiting for your car to get ready!

Took my car in for an oil change and a recall. I selected this dealer because it was closest to my apartment. I called twice ahead of time for clarity on if I needed an appointment and the first guy said he needed my VIN to look it up and couldn't assist without and he was not aware of the recall, which did not instill confidence. When I called back the second guy said I didn't need to have a VIN or an appointment for the weekend. I took my car in today, parked in the service bay, and had to wander around trying to find someone who could help. When I asked one person if he could help, he turned and gave me a look like I asked him something unreasonable. Someone else finally helped. The general attitude was that they did not care at all that I was there. They got my car done in a quick amount of time which I appreciated! However "the works" was $60, compared to just $40 for the same service I had this summer at AutoNation in Tustin.

This is a clean place with a bunch of vending machines and a nice waiting area. The guy who took our case was not so nice and was very offhand-ish to my mum. But overall good place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in the service department. Waited 3.5 hours for an oil change and their mechanic blew one of my tires.

Amazing prompt and timely service. They were able to get my repair done in one day, before I got off work. They were super accommodating with everything I needed and kept me up to date with all the repairs I was doing for my car. Will definitely come back in the future.

Visited Tuttle Click Automotive specifically have three recalls completed. I was offered a car rental so I didn't need to wait. Three hours later Cameron called me and said my truck was ready to go. I had a good experience here and would return.

Only negative is if you've never been here before, it's a little confusing checking into there system. The wait requires customer, and there were several, to keep track of who's next. Not a big deal, a little more stressful as you age ;)

I took my car here to get the oil changed/tires rotated....
Pros: very fast service, free one-way lyft ride, not overly salesy
Cons: somewhat pricey, and didn't wash my car until I got there, even though it was supposed to be included and they finished service 6 hours earlier....

Service department staff members are not great professional handles customer.

The service center has gone down hill fast. I sat patiently for about 15 minutes till it was my turn. There were 2 signs posted at the entrance of the service center that state to have a seat and someone will get to me as soon as possible. Finally after 15 minutes, they said, "oh, you are only picking up? You can go straight to the cashier." How about a sign for that! Also, I had asked over the phone that since it was warranty work being done, can I please have the truck washed. They stated no problem. I even saw a sign while waiting that car washes were performed by request. So, my truck pulls up and it was never washed. This was the 2nd time this has happened. There is zero communication between the people behind the desks and the people working in the back. They offered to wash the truck at that time but I didnt feel like waiting again since I had already waited before for no reason.
