Took my car in for an oil change and a recall. I selected this dealer because it was closest to my apartment. I called twice ahead of time for clarity on if I needed an appointment and the first guy said he needed my VIN to look it up and couldn't assist without and he was not aware of the recall, which did not instill confidence. When I called back the second guy said I didn't need to have a VIN or an appointment for the weekend. I took my car in today, parked in the service bay, and had to wander around trying to find someone who could help. When I asked one person if he could help, he turned and gave me a look like I asked him something unreasonable. Someone else finally helped. The general attitude was that they did not care at all that I was there. They got my car done in a quick amount of time which I appreciated! However "the works" was $60, compared to just $40 for the same service I had this summer at AutoNation in Tustin.
