The service center has gone down hill fast. I sat patiently for about 15 minutes till it was my turn. There were 2 signs posted at the entrance of the service center that state to have a seat and someone will get to me as soon as possible. Finally after 15 minutes, they said, "oh, you are only picking up? You can go straight to the cashier." How about a sign for that! Also, I had asked over the phone that since it was warranty work being done, can I please have the truck washed. They stated no problem. I even saw a sign while waiting that car washes were performed by request. So, my truck pulls up and it was never washed. This was the 2nd time this has happened. There is zero communication between the people behind the desks and the people working in the back. They offered to wash the truck at that time but I didnt feel like waiting again since I had already waited before for no reason.
