Turnersville Auto Mall Review

This would be a 5 star review but I had to take one star away. The reason why I took a star away requires that I explain. I own a Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Volt. To get service done on my car requires a certified technician to be available to work on my vehicle and frankly, there just isn't enough of them trained on my car out there to make scheduling pain free. Luckily, the car doesn't really have any major issues. The only issue I have run into is the heat not working. Overall, I love this car.

I had a service appointment for Saturday morning, but the EV tech was not working that day. I had scheduled my appointment on my.cheverolet.com. There should be something on that site or in the appointment scheduling processes that will make sure that an appropriate technician is available for upcoming appointments or proactively works with a customer to reschedule. That's really my only gripe here. The service department did offer to squeeze me in to an appointment the following Monday morning. They were very apologetic.

I've been a customer for over 20 years and Brad Fluck is an excellent Service Advisor. I completely trust him. He's one of the main reasons I've remained a customer.

2nd vehicle purchase from this dealership. I would recommend to anyone. We've purchased both from the Nissan section, and both were used. Never had issues with the 1st and expect the same with this one. Good quality staff, helpful and knowledgeable. The faculty is clean, kept well and they have everything you need and always go above and beyond. We dealt with Carmen Pizzo and would highly recommend him if your in the need for a vehicle.

If you know anything about Roger Penske, this facility won't surprise you. Everything about it is first-rate. And there's a store for pretty much every brand that matters.

It's a beautiful facility with lots of green space and trees giving relief to all the car stores. You can easily stroll from one end to the other and shop anything - really is like a mall. Maybe the most incredible feature is the 3/4 mile road course test track! Incredible

Dealerships are all comfortable, very well maintained, nice service waiting areas. All the stores have drive-in service centers. Staff is friendly and respectful. If you're looking for a great price and an even better experience, I highly recommend.

Last but not least I had my MDX repaired here at the collision center. Damage was pretty extensive. Blew me away how good a job they did - and the work held up . . . none of the usual noises, fading, or other issues that can show up down the road.

I was really impressed with how nice turnersville Chevrolet was employees did not hassle you or hound you when you were looking at the new cars . The service manager was really a nice guy he was very polite he explained to me everything in detail about the car asked me if I had any questions they told me go get myself some coffee or a drink I had a nice time there the only thing was I thought they were going to wash my car but they didn't but overall I think I will go there for some service for my Chevy equinox so if you're looking for service or to buy a new car I recommend turnersville Chevrolet sincerely ken c AKA Kris Kringle I give them an eight and a half keep up the good work maybe next time I come in I can get my car washed too Merry Christmas happy Hanukkah and Happy Kwanzaa

Hyundai del.was great. Really nice people who know their business and take good care of the customers.

Over priced. Not happy the the service! Would NOT recommend charges 80 labor on a 22 dollar part. Rip off!

From our first visit with Dave (spanky) we were treated so well and respectful. He is absolutely an asset to Turnersville Chevrolet. He explained everything so well ,and expedited the process. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I apologize for not having his last name on hand, as it's been a very busy day. Then went into Lee Milstein's office to complete the paperwork. We really appreciate the quick and smooth buying experience and we'll definitely continue to shop there.

We had a nice salesman named Mike Fabi at the Chevrolet dealership. We stopped over at the Honda dealership and no one helped us or even greeted us. Sad. Well, we walked back over to the Chevy lot and Mike took good care of us. It's that simple to lose a sale. We came to buy a Honda SUV. I guess we gotta go with Mike!!! He's the man! Bill in finance was very patient and helpful! Will was super nice too! Thanks guys!
