Nice to still see a company that still works those 9-5 hours. They make it appear you can do stuff on their web page. You can't update anything. Force to call them and wait. Than get told to go back to the web page and fill out 'other request'. Spend some money on a few web page updates. Thought it was the electronic age.
It was a well organized, smooth process. No complaints, and very happy with the service, communication during the process and the results.
