This would be a 5 star review but I had to take one star away. The reason why I took a star away requires that I explain. I own a Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Volt. To get service done on my car requires a certified technician to be available to work on my vehicle and frankly, there just isn't enough of them trained on my car out there to make scheduling pain free. Luckily, the car doesn't really have any major issues. The only issue I have run into is the heat not working. Overall, I love this car.

I had a service appointment for Saturday morning, but the EV tech was not working that day. I had scheduled my appointment on my.cheverolet.com. There should be something on that site or in the appointment scheduling processes that will make sure that an appropriate technician is available for upcoming appointments or proactively works with a customer to reschedule. That's really my only gripe here. The service department did offer to squeeze me in to an appointment the following Monday morning. They were very apologetic.
