I had refinanced with mortgage center from a previous mortgage company and had a great experience. Great communication throughout, competitive rates (best I could find at the time) and reasonable fees.
When I bought my new house, I didn t hesitate to stay with them for the new loan.
I closed on selling my current home and closed on buying my new house the same day. I needed funds from the sale to use for the purchase and they understood that and they made that process super smooth.

The entire process took very little time (maybe 4 weeks total). It was very efficient, easy to follow and informative throughout. I was very happy with it. The people were knowledgeable and courteous. Closing was vey convenient. Took place at our home.

Refinancing my mortgage was never so easy as it took just one call to Mortgage Center to start the process. Most of the transactions were online or by phone and all employees I had contact with, beginning with Mike Young, were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the process and were able to guide me the few times when I needed assistance. Dealing with Mortgage Center definitely exceeded my expectations as far as customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking about securing a mortgage or refinancing one.

We had our first mortgage on our home with Mortgage Center and paid it off a couple years ago. Mortgage Center's service was outstanding so now we are repeat customers doing an exterior renovation to our home. We are "pleased as punch" with all of their employees & their exceptional service and great rates. I would highly recommend considering Mortgage Center for your financing needs.

Even through these times when buying a new home can be extremely stressful - Mike and Debby made it as easy as they possibly could. They kept in constant contact with us and actual cared about us as people, not just another mortgage to get closed. We were coming down to a Time crunch to get our mortgage closed (one week prior to having another baby) and it didn t look like we would get closed before she arrived. Mike and Debby worked behind the scenes and did whatever they had to do to get us in right when we needed to be. THANK YOU to the both of them for everything. Because of those two - we would go through Mortgage Center again in a heartbeat.

Scott Duncan was the first person I spoke with at Mortgage Center and I can't say enough wonderful things about him! He was so kind and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was happy throughout the entire process. He remained calm and so sweet, no matter how much I bugged him. Because of him, I would highly recommend the company to others!
