Good, but suffering from caring for Greeks and especially children from Greece .. not a single Greek child

Although we were the only Germans, we felt very well. Are 99% tourists from Russia there with families, but have behaved. Food was great. Room big enough and the service top.

bad sea (cloudy water at all hours and strong smell), plank bed. The towels for the room are clean only upon request from the previous day and those without a case. Waiting at the restaurant. However, the food is overflowing, excellent pizza, fantastic pork chops and the shared toilets are spotless. The pool is pleasant although warm.

A very nice experience, a dream vacation, super friendly and talented animators (special mention for evening shows, and water aerobics sessions, a fantastic restaurant, a housekeeping service and daily change of towels, the sea in private beach, a beautiful pool, bars everywhere, a small shop, in short no complaints

Whats so kids friendly about it?? When they cant do anything with the kids after hours... Like show them a movie in that large movie theater they have!!... And we have to run after them all night on the playground!!... This is not what i call a kids friendly vacation time!!
Rooms are small!! A family room is amazingly small and cant move around without bumping into each other! Old and broken & filthy!...
Buffet could be bigger!!...

This is an all inclusive hotel. Very good for families, excellent food and general good quality in all services. Very helpful and friendly staff. It is very close to Athens and recommend for weekend or 3 to 4 days. As negative there wasn't available one double bed.

The hotel is good great food but on the activities they only speak Russian and on the Karaoke I wanted to sing but on the end they say I can sing tomorrow on the mini club when a lot of people where singing a lot of times soo it wasn't fer but I do recommend

The hotel has a great location !!! Calm!!! Food as it should be for everyone !!!! The staff perfect !!!! Stefanos, John, Eve, Stephanie, Anastasia, Anna all with a smile !!!! Well done you have such nice staff !!! (And restaurant staff !!!) We could go back !!! And of course the unlikely Anzilika who was taking our little one in the games !!!! "Sincerely" the bubbly watermelon !!!!! But I would like to say that it would be a good idea to have Greek pets for Greek children staying in your hotel !!! Our children couldn't understand ..... they wanted to play and they couldn't .....

Beautiful location, good hotel accommodation, bungalows, parking near the hotel, superb beach with all the facilities, a great and diversified food

Old hotel that has renovated various parts of it but its antiquity is not hidden.

Staff: 4/5 Few people available to serve you.

Rooms 3/5: Those in the main building overlooking the sea have a good view. Old furniture and A / C which is placed in the wrong place and weighs on your head all night. Good bathroom renovated.

Cleanliness 1/5: Due to covid, cleaners do not enter unless you request it once every three days.

Covid protection 1/5: you are not obliged to wear a mask while moving inside the hotel.

Elevator 0/5: two very small elevators 1.5 x1.5 that must serve several people on 5 floors and even without ventilation.

Beach 2/5: Good sandy beach, few sunbeds and with small bras which in fact have the wrong position for shade as to find shade at noon you have to move 2 meters and go on others.

1/5 beach bar: few options, you pay for all the packaged even the water. The ridiculous ... it also closes at 6:30.

Swimming pool: 2/5 with sea water small compared to the photos but the most tragic that it closes at 6:30. I'm not saying that to find space on a sun lounger you have to wake up at 7 in the morning.

Food 0/5: it is tragic for a 4-star hotel to pay all inclusive and not long to go out to eat. Almost every day the same with very few choices in main dishes, quite appetizing but indifferent and very few fruits and sweets. Other people are needed in the buffet service.

Extra benefits 1/5: almost everything closed due to covid.

Outdoor space: 2/5 good lawn with enough space for children to play.

Playground 3/5: quite good but I would have preferred it to have no sand and to have had a soft carpet.

Conclusion: I was very influenced by the other reviews I read here and in booking with the result that the price / benefits ratio is not satisfactory.

I will never visit it again even at a much lower service price.

It's not a 4* hotel. The room from the bungalos are ugly and old and very far from the sea and the pool, like 800 m, the food is to little and look like fast food, without taste and the pool is very little and without seating places around.

Excellent! Very good location with nice views! Nice pool with salt water. Very good facilities in all inclusive- coffees and drinks nicely made, not diluted as they usually are in similar cases. The only negative in their buffet is that they do not have variety in the main dishes and from sweets they have only creams, mousses and ice cream.

I want to mention the high level of service both in the hotel and on the beach, the behavior of the hotel staff, the wonderful sea. I hope to come the next year!

Experience with this hotel very good. The hotel is a bit older, but the rooms, the lobby bar and everything else in the hotel are in very good condition. The wardrobes in the rooms are old and just repainted but that doesn t matter. The beach is tidy, quiet and offers the real pleasure of staying on the coast. The food and drink offer is more than good. The taste of the food is exceptional. Disadvantages: bad WI-FI, from 11 days of stay did not work 6 days. The biggest drawback, unfortunately this is the case with almost all destinations, too many arrogant, dissolute Russians!
I generally recommend the hotel, the price-quality ratio is in favor of quality.

Great hotel, good area, food varied and tasty, not intrusive animation. There is a parking. I got a room with a fairly old repair, the air conditioner buzzes like a plane on takeoff), it is cleaned well, the room is clean. The sea is cool compared to the temperature on the other side of the island.

I said that we had a child with a disability and they put us in a house on the third floor. the same.And but a lot of pity the so much money I gave is not worth one.

The food is full of oil, everything is over cooked and the service let us down.

Excellent hotel with an international holiday, the French, the Russians, the Greeks, the animation for children. Excellent cuisine, good white / red wine. Belgian and Italian champagne (spumante). Fresh fruit. Convenient excursions in Greece. I recommend for families with children. The sandy beach is open 24 hours a day. Volleyball, big and table tennis.

We visited the hotel in mid-July. We were very happy with everything. Cleanliness in all parts of the hotel. Rooms comfortable, private beach very good and clean. The same goes for the pool. The staff was very helpful, especially in the restaurant and in the bars. The quality and quantity of food are very satisfactory. The measures were observed to the letter. Especially in the restaurant, as soon as the table was set, they immediately cleaned it with antiseptics. I highly recommend it. Definitely a value for money option.

We spent our amazing family and my family. The incredible food was awesome that I could eat and my baby. The staff polite and the cleanliness I have no words have noticed us with the above. Sure we will come back.

The accommodation package we bought included an intermediate snack in the afternoon. When we asked at the reception that we can ask for it, they had no idea and referred us to the bar. At the bar they told us to go to the pool bar and there they told us that they do not have to wait for the night when the restaurant will open!
Employment activities only for children who speak French!
The management of the hotel is not interested in serving the Greeks. I hated to hear "sirtaki" !!!

The hotel is very good, the food very good and varied. The problem is holidaymakers. If you have to stay there, you will see it. It is at will, so you can use 10 times if you wish, well no, people are used to make the plate tidbit but leave half on the table. And if there's a variety of veggies and vegetables, for young people it's fries, pasta and pizza at every meal with the blessing of the parents. After that, we are surprised that certain diseases are affecting an increasingly young population .....

Very nicely located, facilities are well maintained. Nice swimming pool, good food, polite people. BUT, the hotel is a time bomb during covid-19 days. No measures are taken, during food service everyone is packed, no masks on! As you can also see on the photo, the guy serving at the buffet has a mask on but retracted so it is not covering his nose and mouth. The guy talking to and serving every single person... As initially said, this place is a time bomb!!!!

Very nice hotel with a large facility. From green space to sports facilities (mini golf, tennis, basketball, boules, football, billiards, darts, table tennis) to the beach is all there. Everything was very well maintained and clean.
The food was very good and varied.
The hotel is mainly visited by Russian and French tourists.
The animations were mostly held in Russian. The staff also speaks good English and is very accommodating.
The rooms were clean and big enough. Only the ventilation of the bath could have been better.
Tip: room with sea view is worth it! Sometimes you get to see a flight show right in front of the hotel on some days.
Overall, highly recommended!

We have a nice and memorable hotel. We have nice memories of the holiday in it 2014. It's all enviable.

This is a priced accommodation "everything is included in the price". Recommendation for families with small children. More precisely, here are 90% of the family with small children.
The food is great, and the restaurant is self-service and has a diverse offer. There are two bars on the beach and next to the pool.
The beach is hotel and has plenty of sunshades and deck chairs. Near the beach there is a bar, a playground for children, a volleyball court. If you want better places on the beach, you need to get up early. At the reception you can take hotel beach towels with a deposit of 10 per towel.
The minigolf field is located around the bungalows on beautifully landscaped lawns.
Everything is neat and regularly maintained.
The rooms are well equipped. Bunk beds are provided for children. Bathroom - great. The minibar is updated regularly and it is included in the price. The terraced doors have an insect grid, but the insects I have not seen or heard. The terrace is spacious.
Parking is guarded and has a canopy.
