Fabulous hotel with amazing view on the beach . I enjoyed sunset of my balcony , just magic !!!

Fabulous hotel! It s in the perfect location, very easy access to the bus to get to the town center (Chora). The staff was so accommodating! The spa was amazing I did the illuminate renewal package and it was definitely worth it. Had a fantastic stay and would love to return!

It is the most beautiful hotel in Ios because of its location, in front of the wonderful beach, but also due to facilities and service.

Ios Palace was a superb hotel, right on the beach! Our stay was truly magical. I hope to go again next year.

Had a amazing experience here everyone really went above and beyond for us,in particular one of the girls at the pool bar think her name was Vasa.She saw we where really hot and squeezed us some fresh orange juice was a extremely nice thing when I come back to IOS I will be Re-booking here not just that the place is amazing!!! 10/10!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, service disappointing. We requested a few items that were ignored. Shower in bathroom was broken and tv didn t work. Wifi didn t reach the room, only worked on balcony. In saying this, definitely the nicest hotel on the beach and within walking distance to all bars & restaurants.

We spent 6 superb days at this hotel. A magnificent establishment and a very attentive staff. The breakfast and meals are very good and the cuisine refined, as well as the cocktails at the bar. The two swimming pools are a plus and are magical. A little paradise during our vacation in Greece.

Louisa was absolutely incredible. She came in just for me and made my experience extra special. I booked in for the two hour package which included the best massage I ve ever had. Definitely would recommend.

AVOID THIS SCAMMING HOTEL TRYING TO STEAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME!

I had a FULLY REFUNDABLE booking from Booking.com
I was not able to come this summer due to COVID and these SCAMMERS are trying to not return my money which as was made CLEAR was 100% REFUNDABLE upon booking which I cancelled well ahead of time!

Do NOT book here unless you guys are OK with them trying to steal your money from what s supposed to be fully refundable bookings!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everyone was extremely polite and professional and the atmosphere was magical. A very big thank you to the staff for making our holidays unforgettable. (stay period 9-15 August 2020). We can only give our best recommendation for this hotel and we will definitely return!

We had 2 rooms there and loved it. Beach access: fantastic. Restaurant: excellent. Rooms were fine, no complaints!

The hotel is stunning, modern and has a beautiful view over the bay of Mylopotas Beach. The reception team is extremely helpful and always accommodated our needs. For example I have asked to have more pillows and they were brought to the room immediately.
They welcome you with a welcome drink and explain to you the must see spots of the island as well as give you restaurant tips.
The hotel breakfast is really good and has a big variety of salty and sweet food.
The only drawback of the hotel is the fact that outsiders can use the pool by only paying 5 for entrance and thus the sunbeds might be occupied by them and you as a paying hotel guest may not have space to sit down.

I especially want to say a big thank you to the waiter Alexander who has made our stay more pleasant!

Ios Palace Hotel is a great hotel. Although the hotel is situated next to the beach. I loved the view from the upper terrace .

We have just returned from a 15 day stay at this hotel.
The Positive: Very friendly staff. Well done to the chef and the waiters. Congratulations also to the staff who are in the room service for cleaning. And that's all for the positive .....
The negative: Doesn't deserve the PALACE name! because we accept any clientele. In our room there was a strong smell of sewage, mold and mildew in the shower.
Lots of noise at night, slamming of doors, screams, alcoholic people +++. No security anyone enters and leaves this hotel at will, to enjoy the bar and swimming pools.
Do not take rooms above the restaurant and the swimming pool. But we asked for a quiet room and that's not what we got: the pool, the bar, the restaurant!
No hotel shuttle to service guests, into town or port or other destinations.
No excursion proposals at the hotel.
We do not recommend this hotel.

Undoubtedly it is the best hotel in Ios because: 1) it is on the beautiful Mylopotas beach, and it is on the beach not like others at walking distance. 2) it is at walking distance 1500 mt from the Chora, the only real center of the island with all the advantages, except if you don't want to be aa an hermit 3) the perfect welcoming staff. A pity that hosts few impolite families, the rudeness of the parents is amplified by the little ones. The pool area is very loud, not at all relaxing. So after the breakfast choose a place where to stay

Louisa is a terrific spa manager and therapist, it was literally one of the best massages I ve had in my life (and I ve had lots!)
Professional, lovely room and setting.
If you need a massage or physiotherapist, look no further!

A great hotel - have stayed there now every summer vacation for the past 3 years ... going back again this year - it is situated in an ideal spot right on the beach - and near just about everything - best hotel on this island!
