A very beautiful location. Very friendly staff. It's the perfect place for families with young children.

We booked a couple, all inclusive for 2 nights. It's really as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The service so far flawless, the good coffee, buffet meals for all tastes and the price very good for the package. Very good choice for family but even for one person. There are many things to do! We were absolutely satisfied and very excited!

This place is great, the hotel impecable ,,, I can only recommend it

An unbelievable place, a place lost in the green, with houses scattered in the green, with recreational spaces with aerobic games all day with gymnasts who play and train the world, with incredible kitchen staff who shines with love and care, with a theater every night has a prank and dance for the kids and so many. Going this year and I will go again and the time !!!!!!!!

Very good food for families with children has a large garden

Pros:
+ Food. Either tasty, or normal, tasteless did not come across to me. For every meal there were meat dishes and vegetables, and for dinner one dish with seafood (fish fillet, pasta with squid). Boiled, pickled vegetables, fresh salads, for every taste. Cheeses, olives. Fruits (watermelon, melon, peaches), sweets are very good. Everything was ok to my taste, I usually eat something like this. I didn't expect any special delights, there weren't any)) and the schedule is good, everyone had time to eat, it was possible to have time 2 times, who did not have enough at one time
+ Staff. Nice, polite, despite the masks ... Enrage, I have to wear myself at work, terribly annoying. There are many Russian speakers who care.
+ Number. Clean, nice, not shabby, although the hotel itself is not very new. With sea views. We had it in the central building. Refrigerator, TV is quite large for this room. The bath was a plus, not a shower, from which water usually pours out and enrages. More gels and shampoos were provided upon request. They clean it every 3 days, on request they can more often, but it was fine for us, did not have time to litter)
+ Green spacious area with beautiful huge olives. Playground by the sea, next to the tables, you sit and go crazy while the children frolic. Beauty!

Minuses:
-sea. It is a nightmare in Greece and to get to the dirty sea. The beach is sandy, clean, sunbeds from the hotel are free. But I was able to swim only once, and that in the morning, when the water was not yet loose and not cloudy. I don't understand why no one has written about this.
- I don t know what the pool schedule is connected with, but it s not very convenient. From 10.00 to 18.00. I would prefer to splash until 11, and after 5-6. But since there were few hours left, they sat there even during the hot hours. The child was delighted, the sea is bad, so I had to fry, yet we went on vacation to swim. And to cut an hour in one direction to the nearest clean beach was scrap.
-snackbar is sandwiches (bun with cheese and ham in cling film) in a pulbar and all that ran out pretty quickly. There was nothing more to chew in the bars.
I add, there was still ice cream. I didn't like it at all.
-system for drinks is something from a hose with a tap is poured)) and from one hose different "Coca-Cola" and "sprites". maybe I fell from the moon, and that's how they do it everywhere , but damn it ... Alcohol seemed to be in bottles)) but we don't drink, I didn't notice where it was poured from.
- Neither breakfast nor the bar had freshly squeezed orange juice. The only thing I lacked ...
- billiards, air hockey for 2 coins .. I think they should have been free. Moreover, there was no other entertainment at all. And, there were also all sorts of extreme water rides, for again.

Conclusion: we had a good time, but would hardly come again, because of the sea.

Excellent hotel. It offers ultra all-inclusive hotel where you have everything. Rooms are clean. Resort is big. Animation is good...

Nice rooms, only air conditioners are very noisy. The food in the restaurant is simply excellent !!!! Very friendly staff. During the coronavirus period, weekend vacations are popular: they come with families and with children too. The beach is good, only for hotel guests, a large pool, including a children's one. Umbrellas and sun loungers throughout the area are free. There are opportunities for resting clients in wheelchairs, there are wheelchair ramps. There is a bungalow next to the main building, with separate entrances to each room. Large sports center. It's a pity the coronavirus is closed. Recommended!

We went with a family of 4, our 8 year old and 3 year old children. The facilities are wonderful, what we wanted. Many different places to spend our time happily. (Basketball, tennis, golf, volleyball, wonderful safe cots). The bungalow room is also very nice and well-kept with a nice terrace and garden in front. Nice pool, with beautiful sea views. Moderate sea, dull waters.
What bothered me was the flood of Russians, French ... for the most part. It was not his fault that he had more foreign tourists than Greeks. It was his fault that the entertainment people for children and adults were dedicated to the Russians and the French. There was no Greek teacher. Why do you refer to a pedagogical program when the only language spoken by your educators is Russian and French? How will we Greek children follow this program? Also to mention. Down in the basement (the girl at the front desk I complained to also mentioned it) is purely French. We went to the hall, it is like a theater, and children were playing inside with adults ... the door is closed. Prive situation, the girl told us to go in 2 minutes in French. We went again, people gathered from outside .. the same girl got angry and drove us away again.
Another incident on the first day. I go down to the mini club (obviously not working at the time) cuddling with the 3 year old. I tell him look here what he has. I see the teachers lying down, a girl and two boys. One of them was playing ball and as soon as he saw me he came to the mosque, threw it on the mosque and made a mocking face. And I'm not exaggerating. He could greet beautifully with a smile.
Main owners of the hotel we felt intruders. We felt that we were in a foreign country. You have given a lot of courage to your foreign educators-entertainers to think that they are the main owners. With all respect. It does not cost much to have a Greek educator or even a foreigner who knows not a little, but enough Greek to entertain us as well. We are in Greece. It is ridiculous.

Probably on of the most impolite receptions ever seen.
We arrived at 13:50 as the check in time was 14:00. Reception told us in a very strict way the room is not ready
and will be ready at 16:00. We asked for clarification as we showed them our confirmation and the answer was:
Well due to Corona its changed to 16:00. We didn t update the site or the email and it is like it is.
We asked them to leave our language and they had no room to put them. We should use some lockers that had to be paid by us.
I explained and later insisted that it s not our fault and we shouldn t pay for the locker, but they just laughed and spoke in a way like
we would be 2nd class humans.
The stuff in the Dining room was overall polite, except the 2-3 men in the end preparing the Pizza and some other stuff.
It depened in if you are a men or a women as they decided if they give you 2-3 slices or a whole Pizza.
It seems they wanted to get connected to the women. Unbelievable!
The rooms where medium, not clean as we would expect and would need s renovation.
The only one really customer centric was the guy at the beach preparing coffee and drinks.
Overall overrated, impolite and the quality you get for the money is below medium.

Hotel at a good level (rooms in the main building and cottages), tasty food and a wide selection, evening animations without craze because children run, the organization is poor. Animations during the day are great, Varied. Located directly on the beach, sun loungers are included, the beach bar is also!

Good evening, the room was mediocre, rust in the sink, cockroaches in the bedroom, narrow beds, sheets quite old, a whole day without hot water, mediocre food had no grilled, spicy food, there was no organization in the queue waiting for food, blurred sea may have invested in exterior decoration but not only that, I will not go again, it is not a place I would like to go again and making acquaintances there others had the same opinion, Athena August 8, 2020.

Rested in this hotel from 26.06 to 02.07. In general, I liked everything. For Greek 4ki a large area, tasty and varied food, many activities for children and adults, the system UAL. Very beautiful view of the sea. But the sea itself is far from clear. When you are standing up to the waist in the water, everything seems to be fine, but you put on a mask and visibility does not exceed 2 meters. Dregs, can not see anything. Let's start from the good.
Outdoors and facilities shared, very good.
Very green, well-kept gardens, facilities, playgrounds and playgrounds to play both small and large. Nice beach, but the pool for the hotel capacity I think will not be adequate, especially the peak months and maybe there should be another one. The food is abundant and of good quality with a wide variety of choices. And now the negatives. The rooms are of the old style and especially the bathrooms require immediate renovation. It takes proper ergonomics in decorating the rooms, if I judge from ours, where the TV was placed behind the door, so to watch TV we have to close the door.
Overall it is a very good choice especially for families with children.

Friendly hotel. Room on the second floor overlooking the sea is wonderful. Ultra all inclusive system. When checking in the room waited for a bottle of wine. Bar replenished daily. Rested in the last days before the seasonal closure of the hotel. The sea was cool. The entrance is comfortable, small pebbles. The buffet is excellent. In the bar delicious cocktails. Animators in every way entertained. When the hotel rented a car in Europcar, did not regret. The island is very beautiful. Especially liked the northern beaches. The hotel is suitable for families with small children.

Of the minuses:
- loud animations in the amphitheater at least until 23.00 which bothers very much if we have windows from the amphitheater side
- heavy traffic on the nearby street. Quite audible noise during the night with the windows open
- the bathroom does not match the four-star hotel - faster to the inexpensive guest house. It's not tragic but it's not a 4 * standard

Plus all the pros.
First of all:
- large and clean rooms. Equipped with: tv, safe, fridge, coffee and tea set, minibar in the price of stay
- very good and various food
- nice and helpful staff - what is more important, the employees are Greeks (luckily, the fashion for multiculturalism has not reached this hotel yet)
- a large garden with old trees giving shade and places where you can relax from the heat
- gently shelving beach (shallow) and sandy beach, small waves
- beach bar and poolside bar

Generally a nice hotel. Four stars a little stretchy but there is nothing to cling to (except the bathroom which is out of the standard). The hotel is located off the beaten track - it has a spacious own area but there is nowhere else to go. There remains a taxi and access to the city.

The three of us rested with a child 11.5 years old for 22 days from 16.06 to 07.07.2016. I liked everything very much: food, sea, beach, service.
I especially want to note the work of the animators. The prepared events were so interesting that there was not enough day to take part in everything that was offered. Both children and adults' entertainment was carried out in a highly professional and talented manner.
I would also like to mention the hotel guide Anastasia. The fact that she was really a professional was clear on the way from the airport to the hotel. Despite the long flight, they listened to her with pleasure and interest. Throughout the rest, the questions that arise with us were solved easily and quickly. We are very grateful to her for her help at the airport when flying home.
We recommend the rest as an active one. The hotel, in our opinion, may not be suitable for lovers of quiet rest.

I had a rest at the Palmariva Hotel for 10 days and we all got great pleasure from the cleanliness, beauty and well-being around the hotel. Children were in awe of the animators, and the food was so varied and tasty, which happened to overeat. I liked the staff of the restaurant serving from the receptionist director. The rescuer rendered the first medical aid to the child overheated from the sun, which I did not see in other hotels. I would advise this hotel to anyone who loves a family vacation.

Unfortunately, the behavior of the management is totally amateurish and ... baltic. We filled in all, chek in at 5:00 pm we did not have lunch, where we thought it reasonable that we are entitled to it the next. They could inform us otherwise we should have a lower charge for our stay! I think that the address lacks basic rules of marketing and hospitality. I am sorry if it would be the same for a foreign agency!

We went as a family 2 weeks ago. 4-star hotel with good infrastructure, however, suffers from service and cleanliness, probably due to covid. Main building renovated and beautifully decorated. Rooms with beautiful sea and garden views. Bad smell from the bathroom sink. Aircondition placed in the wrong position as it hits the head, causing us to sleep upside down in bed. Very good playground with sand. Beach: moderate to poor. Due to the flood in South Evia it was dirty both inside and outside with rubbish, acorns and leaves. Satisfactory sunbeds with small umbrella. Swimming pool: with sea water, large enough but it gathers a lot of people as the beach is not enough to share with people. Negative: although in the pool regulations it was not allowed to "hold" a lounger leaving things, even at 8 in the morning there was no sample of free space as they were all already caught. And the distances between the sunbeds of the pool are very small, against the covid regulations. Unacceptable buffet for an all inclusive hotel with mediocre food quality and a small variety of main dishes, sweets and fruits. Also, due to covid the queue at the restaurant was very long. The staff was minimal to serve the multitude of guests, but willing. I would not recommend it as I do not think it is worth the money.
