Tulley Auto Group Review

I did a lot of research on the car i was looking for. I found one at Tulley for a far price. Called, made an appointment, and met the salesman. He had the car ready to go for a test drive when I got there.We sat down and I gave him a price I knew was just a little low for that car. He came back with a price 200.00 above mine. Still very good for that car and any other offer I had gotten from other dealerships. Signed the papers and out the door. VERY HAPPY!!

Choosing another Mazda3 was a no brainer. I am now leasing the brand new 2014 Mazda3 Hatchback. I am happy with the price and customer service. The only complaint goes out to Mazda's supply and the wait to actually obtain my car. I couldn't get the top two colors of vehicles I wanted. Tulley tried there best for a few days to find the vehicle in my preferred color but couldn't obtain it. The process was a little longer than I would of expected so I am happy to give Tulley a happy 4 Stars.
Although, my sales representative Andrea would get 5 stars for consistently updating me on the process, providing me with refreshments, and teaching me about all the new options in the 2014.

I spoke with Derek to get a new key made and had a few other questions.. he was very abrupt and pretty unhelpful. Not great customer service.. I had a new key made for $60 and it was not CLEARLY explained it would only get me into the door and not start the car for the $60. And that would be another $100 to program it to actually work. I would rather call AAA to get me into my car if I lock myself out. But AAA won't start my car for me-_- I would go elsewhere for Mazda service. Wake up guys, customers keep you in business not you sitting on your high Mazda horse and upsetting customers

I just want to take a moment and compliment Tulley Mazda on an outstanding car buying experience! Johnny K was professional through the entire process with the best price on my new car as well as my trade in. No slight of hand or awkward moment "talking to his manager". Joe, the sales manager was friendly and helpful. When I went to pick up my new CX5 it was in the show room with balloons and a pretty sign showing my name as the new owner. Yay Tulley!!!!!!!

Having had some awful car shopping experiences in the past I can confidently say my next car purchase will be at Tulley and I will highly recommend them and Johnny to friends and family.

I have gone through two leases with this dealership and have received excellent service each time. Their service department is excels- far better than any I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next car or who needs their current car serviced.

I bought the new car from this dealer. account manager and salesperson macey are very rude...They give false promises.... Be cautious while buying car or signing an agreement as there will be lot of surprises after you sign the document...

You know, John Peavey and his excellent team of highly skilled techs at Tulley GMC in Nashua NH are the only people I would ever trust to receive any type of critical work for my 2008 Buick Enclave CXL. I knew John when he was just a Tech, and now, the leadership and training he has provided for this team has made them simply outstanding. They always take the extra steps to ensure my vehicle conforms to proper specs, and will make the attempts to square things away properly and resolve difficult issues to my satisfaction. As an MIT grad with a double masters, I've placed myself into a classification that's exceptionally difficult to please. However, John and his team come through time and time again. I continually recommend this dealership for service on a regular basis. BRAVO!
