Tucson Gem and Mineral Show Review

None of the advertisements said this was a show for dealers.
While they would let the public (called guests )in, the price was $20.
Crazy!!! Annoyed

I ve visited JOGS show last weekend and it was great! I m so happy we had a chance to have the gem show back in town! So many different exibitors and great findings. Staff did an amazing job keeping the registration safe and fast. We even got our temperature checked. Hand sanitizers were conveniently located through the show. It felt very safe despite the covid.

Finally we had a gem show in Arizona! We usually visit JOGS Tucson show 2 times a year: in January and September.
We found several new suppliers, the prices were great. We love this show!

Love JOGS Tucson Show. Tucson Expo Center has always a lot of free parking. The best selection of silver jewelry dealers I have seen. A lot of international exhibitors. Great mineral pavilion. Great show.

not worth the price of admission at all. i paid 20 dollars as a guest and most of the tents are just dull beads and cheap stuff. there is some interesting antiques and carvings here and there but it is few and far between.

Great selection of gemstones and jewelry. You can find dealers from all over the world. I come specifically for the Bali silver pavilion and then make my way to splurge on some beautiful gemstones. Definitely my favorite show in all of Tucson.

I have several boutiques in the SoCal area and we specialize in gem decor. I've been coming to JOGS and buying for my stores for for 10 years. JOGS has some of the best selections of high quality gem and mineral decor and the new tent area they added outside this past year is definitely a plus! Anyone coming to the Tucson Gem Show during gem week and during the September show needs to make JOGS one of the first shows to visit!

Can t wait for the JOGS 2019 show, I usually go and buy all my gemstones and jewelry pieces at JOGS but this past year they added the tents outside. It s a great addition and gives me a chance to pick up some rough for my own designs as well.

Too expensive, pay to park, pay to enter, fill out paper work just to enter as a dealer. Everything is the same as the Kino and 22nd street shows.

Over priced entry rude vendors on the outside selling junk you can get way cheaper online. That was my last time going.

It was incredible experience really cool I recommend everyone to go see it

I have been going to Tucson mineral show since I was a kid .There're 40 plus shows during big Tucson week and I always visit several shows JOGS , AGTA ,Holidom and TEP . Huge selections ,tons of gorgeous rock and loose gems, manufactures and jewelry dealers ,international pavilions from all over the world. There lectures and educational activities to do. Don't worry about getting hungry either. A raw of food trucks serving Mexican,Chinese,Thai,Vegan food ect. Parking is free but its not bad idea to valet for $10. Great time 2 days of nonstop shopping !

I opened up a few designer boutiques around the San Antonio area about 4 years ago. I have heard about JOGS so I finally decided to check it out. The designer pieces that I found at JOGS Tucson are absolutely phenomenal. I haven t seen them anywhere else for the quality and price. Can t wait for the September and Winter shows!

Best Gem Show in Town! I come from Chile every year to find new mineral dealers and I always have the best luck at JOGS! Best selection of gemstones, minerals and jewelry and not to mention the newly added mineral tents in the front. Can t wait for the upcoming 2019 show.

Beautiful selection of jewelry, gems, and minerals. Unique & elegant designs featuring amber, opals, larimar, and so much more. Free parking and open to the public... find beads, tools, gorgeous cabochons.

Just visited Fall JOGS Tucson Gem Show. It was great. Even during Covid the Show was full, got some silver jewelry, beads and findings.

Great place to find turquoise, amber and many other fine minerals... they even have beads :-) There are many different vendors with a wide variety of choices. My friends and I always find unique and exquisite items. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is spacious and clean, I plan to come back for many years to come!

This show has great vendors and great products in great representations of all things stones, Crystal, Gems , jewelry, and gifts. But Registration is a nightmare. It doesn t seem that that could be difficult but they found a way to make it difficult. Doesn t matter what level of ability or disability you have you walk around monster building in order to get in one of two directions not good for the elderly or disabled

Best show hands down. I deal in fine color stones and I own a few shops in Montreal. I travel to Tucson every year specifically for JOGS. The dealers are unique and have products rarely found elsewhere. Already got my ticket for 2019! Can t wait!

Jogs Tucson is the most diverse and interesting easy to access Gem and Mineral show in Tucson. There are a number of indoor conveniences available for the attendees, and shuttles run smoothly all over Tucson to and from this location that has plenty of parking. A great place to begin and end your show..

Very nice show but has really scaled back on vendors.. Too bad cannot be the same weekend as GLW...for people coming out of town. I think you would have way more traffic, because people have to choose which show they will attend, as to driving in 2 separate weekends.
Building was much cooler this year, yah!!

I've been a jewelry designer/retailer for many years and JOGS is my go-to spot for all the hottest jewelry designs. I have been coming to the Fall September show and January show for many years. Highly recommended for anyone looking for interesting and glamorous designs.

Just come back from JOGS Tucson Fall show.
Its my favorite gem show in Tucson.
Registration was fast and safe, I dealt with were very friendly and professional Staff they even helped me get a cab to the Tucson airport as I was in a rush.
It was well organized very secured and safe over all, police and security everywhere. I purchased geodes, gem decor, crystals, loose gems with great price margin .
Thank you JOGS for keeping industry safe and requiring all shoppers, vendors to wear masks.

I always come to JOGS to buy minerals for and metaphysical stones for my shop in Rhode Island. I am opening a few on the west coast as well so I'm Super excited for the September show to come by and shop.

By far this is my favorite location of all Gem show vendors. Nice location food nearby and great access to the highway

The best jewelry show, very diverse products, extraordinary selection of any kind of jewelry and gems. Very international and you can find jewelry for any wallet and taste. Plus a lot of minerals and gems. It is very good place for professionals and regular jewelry lovers

I come to JOGS every year to buy turquoise jewelry and rough for my online designer store. JOGS is the best show in Tuscon, if not one of the best in the world, for Native American Jewlery, as well as turquoise cabs and rough. Can't wait to come back in September.
