They were working in my area checking telephone poles for a good part of the day. When I got home from work they were gone and my garbage can was overflowing with their garbage. Food and drink containers...empty material containers that had the company name on them... Aerosol cans and plastic sheets with some sort of oily paint all over them and pieces of broken wood from the telephone poles which caused my trash in the can to be ripped open. This then caused me to not only have to clean up and bag THEIR trash I also had to rebag mine not to mention they had NO business being on my property. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CREW and keep an eye on them if they work in your neighborhood.

Working for Osmose was life changing and life saving for my 10 years as a employee. I've gained so much experience from a lower position all the way up to upper management through all my experience I felt valued . I've become a very established citizen all thanks to Osmose Utilities. The training I've inherited has giving me more opportunities than I would of never had before them. Im very grateful for my time i spent here and would recommend a career here to anyone.
Thanks,
Darnell Berry

No consideration for their workers that have families. There is no weekly pay guarantee. Poor communication and asset management at the supervisory level. Crew members are using drugs in company vehicles and on the job with foreman awareness. Very disappointed on the way this company manages its employees and conducts business.

They put stakes in our yard which were supposed tob be on gas line but were actually on waterline. Luckily no one broke anything although I believe they left tire tracksin my yard. They did that before and I told them never park your truck in my front yard again. I don't know how they stay in business

I was givin a job offer here and got fired before I ever entered the field,Or met anyone working in the field. They told me they were going to ship me out to Washington and after I picked up a truck in Idaho. They did it on purpose for some reason, or they are actually stupid, which I doubt. Sketchy.

Company is a scam. will waste your time with all the interviews and such and ask for your id cards and bank statement for direct deposits. to steal your info, then have nerve to tell you they dont pay per diem or for gas driving to there jobsites across country . they do however have 4 men per hotel room . yes men have to share beds with each other thats how cheap they are.

This place has it all in the forms of work atmosphere and as for the job they do. Osmose both takes great care of their employees, and their customers. Customers receive the best utility pole restoration on the planet. The employees receive extremely competitive pay compared to other jobs of the same quality. Plus the benefits make every day worth while

This company expects you to work out of state 100% of the time and not pay you any per diem not even 20 bucks for meals then on top of that they make you share a room and pay only 15.00 per hour. They should be ashamed. These guys don't know anything about per diem so they don't know any better. You would be better of staying home and making 10 bucks a hour..lol Osmose needs to take care of your employees better and you wouldn't have such a high turnover rate. At least pay them a meal allowance so they can send their money home!!

This company is very horrible to work for Chris Ferguson and Ray Bowman are two faced POS s and both should loose their jobs for playing favorites with certain foreman s. They have a new policy where you can t use a jack hammer with out massive set up nor a sledge hammer yet let other foreman s still use both as they please. They let a lot of foreman s slide with out wearing PPE and then they let others go they definitely look out for long term Osmose Foreman vets and kick the rest to the curb. So it s fair to let a few foreman slide but not others makes no since to me. I wish some one in HR would contact me I have a lot of dirt on these company. OSHA definitely needs to be called on this company

There was 3 guys working down on Davenport lane oak Hill Florida and one was a Male maybe 20's came flying into my yard from no where on a side by side and just spun out in our yard, I know that we live at the end of a dirt road with woods, but my 4 and 5 year old boys were outside playing. This is my biggest concern grass will grow back but the lack of consideration for someone's stuff or kids especially burns me up. KIDS MATTER I CAN'T REPLACE THEM!!!!!!!
The older guy driving did absolutely nothing as to speaking to the guy on the side by side and just pulled into our yard also as me and my 4 year old was walking down the driveway and never said anything WOW UNBELIEVABLE he could have asked if it was alright too just use our driveway.

My dogs started going crazy, I went to see what was wrong, found two men in my yard digging by a pole. Never once knocked to notify me of who they are, what they're doing...nothing. And they left their trash IN MY YARD.

Great Company to work for, its even better if you ...

Great Company to work for, its even better if you have a Good Crew Leader who wants to help you do a good job so you can advance and become a crew lead or foreman. I currently work here only been here about 6-7 months but I have a great crew lead, and I also have a great Foreman. My Foreman wants to help you learn the safest and best ways to get your job done, he also is willing to do anything that hell ask you to do, and he does wanna get you promotions and raises whenever possible. Like I said i just am coming up on my 6months since being hired and I already got a dollar per hr raise. And I'm thinking that im gonna be making this job a career, I like the different places we have to go and there's always something different that you have to do or try and figure out, This company will allow you to advance as far as you wanna go as long as you put the work in, they also don't care how much OT you work for the most part, and starting pay is a little low but if your confident in your ability then just keep working hard they'll notice and you'll be asked if you wanna be promoted to a higher position. My best advice would be, follow all the safety rules, wear all your PPE, they do not ay around with that, your safety is the priority. Pay attention to what your doing and before you start digging always do a visual inspection to make sure there aren't any power lines hanging or not connected and live.work hard, ask questions, learn your position and you'll be fine. Big important thing also make sure you make it to work and make sure you get your hrs. I've worked at a few different chemical plants, waste water plants, and different warehouses. This is a great job with alot of potential, if you make it to Foreman your possibilities are endless, you'll have the opportunity to make anywere from $70,000-$125,000 K a yr as long as your willing to do the work and if you dont mind working OT and alot of hrs then thia is the job for you.

OK IM GONNA END ON THIS IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A JOB MAYBE YOU SHOULDNT APPLY BUT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CAREER OR YOU HAVE A FAMILY WITH KIDS AND YOUR LOOKING FOR A JOB WITH LOTS OF POTENTIAL AND OPPORTUNITIES APPLY. AND FINALLY IF YOUR COMING HERE TO QORK AND NOT MESS AROUND YOULL DO GREAT AS LONG AS YOUR WILLING TO DO YOUR PART AND WORK WITH YOUR TEAM you'll be HAPPY YOU APPLIED. GOOD LUCK

Osmose might be the best utility pole inspectors in the business but the crew of 4 who worked on the six poles on my driveway were not respectful of private property. They left muddy footprints on my blacktop, left dirt from shovels and boot stomping on my driveway, did not fill in around poles but left dirt spread all over. It s one thing to work along roads in tall grass but another to work on private driveways with lawn on both sides of them. I am sure they would not leave that mess in their private yards. Management needs to train employees better.
Plus they were grumpy and unfriendly, especially the guy with a beard filling dirt in and who I asked not to drive his truck off my driveway and make Ruts then grumbled as he drove away.

only place I ever worked that took bonus back because you made to much. Very low grade personnel with a very poor working environment. When you work hard they love it but if your making to much by thier own matrix they come back and change the bonus multiplier because they see more profit which helps thier numbers. So in effect do great and they want more do more they want more. You will work yourself into the ground and they will want more. Stay away at all cost!

This company screws with it's employee's. Some of them they hire directly while others are through a temp agency for the same job while those in the temp agency do not build up any benefits or time off while the ones hired directly get time off right away. This is complete BS and the company needs to go either only temp or only hire direct. The ones who are hired from a temp agency seem to have harder goals to reach. Stay away from this company as they do not deserve your time since they don't hire fairly.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. You start training on the field the first day and some people are not use to this work. They have you look at a training video that clearly states they understand your body will be sore, and you will have to get acclimated to this kind of work. But how the Hell you fire someone on their 3rd day because their field work is unsatisfactory. PEOPLE HAVE TO GET USE TO THIS KIND OF WORK. So whoever foreman Keith is, you have to do better with working with your trainees. Their is no way 3days into their first job you want to let them go cause of their field work. How about you work with them to become a good future foreman. You decide you want to send a text to let someone go instead of saying something before leaving for the day. RIDICULOUS!!! SORRY EXCUSE OF A COMPANY AND KEITH YOUR A SORRY EXCUSE PERIOD!!!

Good company to work for if you re willing to work hard and do the right thing. Started as a crew member with that mentality to work hard and learn everything I could and in less then a year I was a foreman. If you put in the work and do a good job, advancement is going to happen.

This is a company who truly hates veterans and members of the military. They let foreman such as Troy L. run a crew and violate so many safety rules and put lives at risk to get a bonus while he sits in the AC in the truck. Troy made it clear he hated people in the military and lied to superiors to get good employees fired. He would even pay members of his crew or threaten to have them fired if they didn t lie about another employee with him. After letting Human Resources know the issues I had with him, they ignored it because he had, good numbers . Forget him disregarding safety and violating federal laws. Do not go and work for them, if you re a business avoid them. Go with Alamon, who is much better, less expensive, and has much better methods and technology.

I wouldn t go back to work for them for $500,000 a year. Don t believe me? Just take a look at their reviews. I had a power Rep tell me they were trying to pay the power company for a 5 star review. A very very shady company you should avoid at all costs!

One of their workers showed up (on behalf of Duke Energy) on our property which does not even have a utility pole on it. Opened our gate and came right in. The whole 5 acres is fenced and gated because we have dogs and often times we foster dogs with aggression issues which is the whole reason we have a fence and a gate. I m so ticked right now. No call, text or mail notification. NOTHING! Just waltzed right down our lane like he owned the place. Dogs were going crazy. I m sitting on my couch and some man is walking around my property. But I m sure if he was bitten by one of our dogs it would be our fault and have to have it euthanized because of his/your company s ignorance. Stupid. Just down right stupid of him.
