Had a lovely brunch here. Staff were very friendly and the food was reasonably priced

Our 7 nights at TS Suites were fantastic... Service great, all staff so accommodating & helpful. Rooms spacious and clean, free mini bar restocked daily. Roof top infinity pool and bar open 24/7. Loved our daily night swim after dinner. Breakfast buffet was fine, all the expected available and more... if you didn t make it to the buffet you could order off the menu. Location great, we were half way between central Kuta and Streat in Seminyak, so we walked heaps each day...

Good price for the villa, free flow snacks, all the perks and facilities. Beautiful design.
The customer services is great and very accomodative and attentive. Stayed with 20+ people at several villas, they give a lot of extras like borrow the biggest villa for townhall meeting for free of charge, very helpful and quick in check-in of big groups. The thing they can improve are the bed (5 of 10) and water pressure (6 of 10).

I stayed here for six days while in Seminyak, the staff are friendly and polite , the food is good taste , but difficult to find a taxi because there is a new rules so I have to find another way to going to this hotel

Great accommodation! Booked it via Agoda at a promotion price. But the poolside bar offerings are quite expensive. Do not try the massage though - not value for money and service was mediocre.

Large clean room. Minor noise issue as my room was facing the main road. Friendly staff and great facilities.

Average hotel compared to what I would expect for the money in Bali. Rooms are tiny unless you upgrade. Pool area is nice but drinks overpriced. Staff are lovely as always in Bali. Would not stay here again as looks dull from outside and the pavement is non existent if you want to walk anywhere. Plenty of better options such as the trans for the same money.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, the swimming pool is a champion with the view, the lobby is comfortable and very spacious, close to the Mandiri Bank, almost 4 minutes walking, opposite the hotel directly with two grocery stores, providing a golf car ride to the sea and returning you for free on top of every hour, with the staff screen, the room size is sweet, Its disadvantage is the large area of the hotel tires for those who connect your room, the fogging area and the bathroom. The doors have a glass door that you can lock for privacy or leave it open, the air conditioning is not once cold. Hanging clothes is small, there was no iron in it.

I stayed at Ts Suite Leisure for 3 days 2 nights, 10-12 November 2015. And occupied the Tsheel Room.
The place is really comfortable, cleanliness is maintained.
Service is satisfactory, employees are also friendly & polite.
The rooftop is also comfortable and no less interesting, staying here is the food that is served is really delicious & delicious.
Guaranteed quality & cleanliness.

Hopefully TS SUITE LEISURE will be more successful & maintain its GOOD SERVICE.

TS Suites located at Legian area. The facilities is really nice and friendly, the whole places are clean, cozy and quite. The food is good, the staff is also nice. The places is really strategic and it's not hard to find transportation to other famous spot around Kuta.

Close to the double six beach, a lot of 24-hr shops nearby. If you bring kids, they are quite flexible in allowing them to have breakfast without charging extras, unlike some other hotels.

First and foremost, the rooms are hugeee! It's very spacious. The minibar are all included on the rate we paid for the room. Unlike other hotels who have extremely absurd prices on their minibars. Their breakfast are very flexible too, it's available until pretty late for the buffet breakfast, and even if you woke up late, you can still have the alacarte until 11 pm at night.

Their services are good and fast, we encounter a light fault in our bathroom and after calling their operators, they came in a jiffy, fixed it in less than 5 minutes and viola, it's done. Their room service are good but can be a little careless, they forgot to replace our towel on our second day of our stay and they didn't clean it well as there's still some hair from the day we stayed before.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. I have no complains on our stay here, didn't get the chance to use their pool which is open for 24 hours.

Rooms is spacious and loved with turn around TV! All day breakfast is also breakthru idea, never encounter other hotel with this idea. Some improvement are kids corner is too small and guest with car should be freed from parking free n vallet parking

I'm giving 1 star because the room is very loud, near to the street dan have 24 hours of vehicles passing by.
I'm asking to switch room they giving me room that near a night club.

Worth 4 stars as resort hotel & suites, however the staffs should learn how to treat domestic tourists as good as foreigners, greet us with smile, lets be honest about it, hope they improve with the attitude

The reason I visited twice was that I upgraded the suite on the next visit, so I went back and the customer response was very poor. It's a normal room without knowing it.
So, I booked for 5 nights, but I was fortunate to spend the rest of the time in Bali.

Pros: 1. The hotel is bling bling
2. 24-hour swimming pool

Disadvantages: 1. Location is not very good. Bike rental required
2. Breakfast is very poor

This is a 5-star hotel that reflects the price.

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, the service is perfect very high quality. The infinity pool on the rooftop is stunning and offers a wonderful view on the highest mountain in Bali. Do not miss the sunrise starting at 6.30 an experience you won't forget. I will come back for sure, this hotel is for me among the best one in the island. The kind of hotel that make you feel "special" i highly recommend it...

Great hotel for the price! I booked it based on the recommendation of a friend and it was well worth it. Friendly staff, clean and the snacks and drinks in our suite were free and replenished each day. 10-15 min. walk to beach and we took scooters and taxis to other areas and they didn t seem far.

From the outside TS Suites looks dull and grey but once inside the staff are polite and pleasant. The rooms are roomy clean and the beds comfortable. The dinning room is clean, food is tasty and the staff helpful. Breakfast chef always has a smile and does a good job of the eggs. The pool bar staff are happy and helpful. It appears difficult to get into the spa and pool as there are no rails. Yet to have a massage looking forward to it tomorrow

Great rooms and staff but the food is average and over priced, cocktails are $15-20 aus and beers are $6-7 each which is a joke compared to near by places, bar was pretty empty

I stay at Villa TShore, very nice, very comfort, have a private pool.

Hotel staff were amazing friendly and accommodating.

Location is great, close enough to the main street for shopping

This Hotel is so unique , the architecture i love it somuch, staff are very friendly , food really nice , also they have a cafe & bar that nice to try , and Tstore for shopaholic

really cool hotel. all facilities are clearly complete, very similar to the price offered. for those who bring small children, they must be happy because it is fun to play with small children. it's in the city center too so if you need anything or want to just walk to the side of the side it's already really nice.

Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing everything. Couldnt ask for a better place to stay in this area. Pricier than other hotels in the area but well worth the extra money spent. Great rooftop infinity pool and wide variety of breakfast selection. Beds are comfortable and soft with a free minibar that they restock everyday ( eat ur snacks ) would definitely recommend staying if its in your budget and would stay here again on my next visit. 2 thumbs up

Very nice accommodation, although bathroom floor needed a good clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Prices for room service were high. Breakfastwas good.

Nice hotel with unique concept and great service. Overall was great. Their room are cozy and clean, breakfast is good. They have gym, pool, spa, salon and bar, also boutique. The location is good, they provide shuttle car to double six beach every 1 hour. Will be back for sure #bebibuncit (around 2 mil/night for Tshell Room)

The place is very strategic, easy to find. The room is large and I like the rooftop pool. it is good place to relax

The good: the big roof-top infinity pool with areas of shade for relaxing all day. There were beds and loungers, as well as bar and food options. The free beach shuttle was very helpful, leaving every half hour. The breakfast had great selection for all tastes and preferences. The rooms were spacious with a free refillable mini-bar and quality toiletries. Hotel located on quieter street off main road, 10 minute walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. We requested a quiet room which was perfect. Excellent, relaxing stay. A true 5-star experience.

The not-so-good: there was a silly system of deposit of 1 million rupiah upon arrival which takes an instant to withdraw from a card but 2 working weeks to return after check-out. Very annoying.

Lovely hotel, very classy, but they renovated the room next to mine for 3 days in a row so I wasn't happy about the banging and drilling. staff were above and beyond, extremely polite and helpful. Wonderful all day breakfast and buffet was fabulous. I highly recommend this place (when they aren't renovating rooms)

The room is good. Clean. But for breakfast it's disappointing ... a lot of non-halal food, and placed mixed in all the menus, restaurant waiters also don't care to tell Muslim tamunyg, if the food is non-halal ... less Variative food, very little for 5-star ... <br /> For rooms Ok once

We booked and paid for a 2 bedroom villa with private pool for 4 adults. This was a surprise for my brother and his wife visiting from the UK (we are Australian and visit Bali frequently). We booked this villa type so we could all spend time together without needing to go to the public areas. However, the hotel only provides facilities in this 2 bed/4 adult villa for 2 adults. So 2 drinks in the minibar, 2 nightclub entries, 2 complimentary massages and the worst of all - 2 sunbeds. We started asking on the first day for 2 more sunbeds but by day 4 we gave up - even though we ended up seeing the Manager they would not provide any more sunbeds. This meant 2 adults had to sit on an uncomfortable uneven concrete floor around our private pool - hardly luxurious! They would not bring two of the many spare identical sunbeds from around the main pool to us as they said it was too busy, so we ended up separating with 2 adults going to the main pool and 2 sitting at the villa pool, or all going to the main pool together - what a joke! This entirely defeats the object of hiring a private villa with pool! The staff were totally useless in even attempting to sort this out and it was hardly a huge problem! By the way, we paid more than double for 2 couples in our 2 bed villa than if we had selected 2 separate rooms. This caused us a lot of stress (one of our party has been sick and we picked a private pool villa because of this). I would not go back again as I think our issue was treated with a complete lack of care, even though we told the staff we would be posting this review! They bombard you all day with useless WhatsApp messages but can't even solve a simple problem! Very disappointing

Well for those who want to holiday in Bali, one of the hotels is very strategic for staying. This hotel located on Nakula Road is ready to offer what their partners are looking for. Lifestyle is there, fashion is there, culinary is there. The hotel facilities are okay. Tiger walk to the beach near. So don't be confused about where to stay.

About 5-10mins from the beach however they do offer a free shuttle every hour.
Laundromats close by approx $5/kg.

They have their own two level club in the hotel and entry is free for guests or $25pp if you are not a guest.
Also offer skooters for approx $8/day (limit of 2 or 3 bikes available for the whole hotel though).

Hotel clean, beautiful lobby decor is very delicate, there are Bar, cafes, shops selling clothes and even hair salons! Rooftop swimming pool and poolside bar is open 24 hours, very convenient!

Staff are very friendly, heat to help. There are shuttle bus to the beach, then walk about 15 minutes. From Seminyak Street close to three minutes to start shopping trip.

Rooms also comfortable and clean, the disadvantage is a bit slippery floor; if the fear of noise people living in a room near the road side, you may be disturbed sleep locomotive sound.

We stayed here for around 4 nights, and it was really good. We were on the 2nd level, and we had some road noise as well as noise of tables moving from above in the restaurant.

Good placed to stays in bali, the location is near to the double six beach that you can reach by walked and the room is big and the bathroom also big. Mini bar in the room is free and the staff also nice and helpful, quick respon. I will be back to this hotel again with my family.

Complete facilities, comfortable rooms, good design. No hair conditioner, no coffee machine for sand class. Many pool towels are torn and dull. Todlers corner is dirty, lots of mosquitoes, a bit dark.

The place looks amazing. Rooms are very well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful.
