The gentleman with a shaved head that rides a Triumph motorcycle and claims to "own the property" is incredibly rude and recently yelled at my wife who was walking by. The comments he shouted while chasing her down the street brought her to tears. I attempted to seek conflict resolution through dialogue, but instead he yelled at me and slammed the door. This guy has obvious anger management issue and is a bad next-door neighbor. My organization will no longer do any business here.
