Really value this place. I've attended several events here and used it for a few I've been involved with organising. There is quite a buzz about the place because there are often several things happening at the same time The cost for hosting events is very reasonable and the staff are very accommodating. There are several different sized rooms and halls available. It is an old building that has been tastefully modernised for its current use. Named after a very interesting Edinburgh man.

Fantastic community centre helpful and friendly staff. Meeting rooms are always very well presented and clean. Food is very good quality and fresh. So many different things being hosted in the centre for the community. The history of the centre and Eric Liddell himself is great to see along with the connection to the film chariots of fire. The stained glass windows are well worth a visit to see.

My elderly Mum needed some cheering up yesterday, so we plumped on a visit to the Eric Liddell Centre for some hopefully nice coffee. What a find! The centre is incredibly inclusive, staffed mainly by volunteers who know regulars by name. We had coffee and scones which were delicious! The cafe menu offered a selection of hot and cold rolls, salads and tasty treats, and was very reasonably priced. A new find for The Mother who will no doubt be spending her pension here on a regular basis!

A relaxing venue with good coffee and home baking. A nice bookstore and previously worn kids clothing ! Not the most extensive menu in the area but great for meeting friends for coffee/cake. A great use of a potentially redundant building!!
