I absolutely love this company. This company has been helping me find new employment since 2014. Not only is the Owner, Mary Ann amazing and great to talk to, the employee's she has working for the company are AMAZING. I love that they try and find a great fit for me and a company instead of trying to get me into any position to make money. I have had some of the best temp and permanent jobs ever thru Truex Metier. I have dealt with a small number of people at this company, Aisha, Shelby, and Kenny. They have been the most awesome, supportive group ever. If I ever have a question, it's answered within 24 hours. They check up on me during my temp employments, and they also help me with interview process and being confident in going into an interview or new position. I don't think I could ever use any other company than Truex Metier. One of my favorite companies ever, as well as some of my most favorite people ever. Keep up the amazing work!

Job hunting can be very stressful and seemingly impossible task, but with Truex Metier, I actually enjoyed the experience. Paul gave me every ounce of support I needed. He encouraged me to be confident and excited throughout the entire process. If there is anyone meant to do the work they are doing, he is the epitome of just that. He is passionate, charismatic, and driven to get the job done - it is impossible not to be enlivened by his energy. He will help you realize that you are more capable than you ever imagined and, of course, help you get a great job! :)

I can't thank Truex enough for helping me find a job so quickly! Being a recent college graduate, I was worried about my job search, but Truex was able to place me at a great company in only 2 weeks! The recruiters gave me very helpful interview/job preparation tips (phone etiquette, proffesionalism, etc) and also helped me polish my resume. One of their Recruiting Associates messaged me saying my background fits one of their open roles for their client. They asked me to come in for an in-house interview at the agency to further discuss the role. Once I got there, they said by looking at my resume, I was not a good fit. They didn't bother to send my resume to their client. I don't understand why they asked to meet with me if they knew I wasn't a fit for the role. Their process is disorganized and it was a complete waste of time.

My experience at Truex couldn't have been more positive. The staff (especially Ashley, Jessica, and Aisha) were very personable and made me feel at home in their trendy office. They asked what my desired salary was, my ideal workplace, and my dream job and matched me with jobs that best fit my experience. What a true pleasure. Thank you so much, Truex Metier!!

I had worked with Truex for almost a year and have absolutely loved my experience. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly, and they have the highest caliber of clientele. I had been placed twice through them for short term contracts and the entire process exceeded my expectations of a staffing agency. They truely care about their candidates!
