it's my honor to work with the great people this company has! I have been in the bridging tech team from last 19 months and I really enjoyed my work of 19 month with this organization. In 8 years of my career this is the first organization where I have spent 19 months till date.Sometimes it's really difficult to choose a company where you can show your skills and this company really appreciate your good work. If you have the talent and great leadership skills this company is the best option to select in Mohali.

The best company to grow with. Bridging is the only company which credits the salary biweekly, which is practically sound for every employee. The upper management is very supportive towards every employee and considers everyone as a one family.

I got a call from bridging technologies and HR aligned my interview for business analyst profile. 1st time I was not able to give the interview as I had another interview round with another company before the scheduled time. I was not aware about the timing how much it will take finish my interview and it went long round. I got the call from interviewer from bridging technologies. I was not able to pick the call as I was sitting in front of another company's CEO for the interview. If picked the call that will be un professional. After few minutes my round completed and suddenly got a call from Bridging HR and she left me a message for reason. I picked the call and tell the situation, she told me we already aligned the interview and interviewer is waiting. I told I can't attend the call now as I am in another company for the interview which was preplanned before your interview time. She told let me ask if he can provide the availably else I will cancel the interview. I told I can provide the availability after 5:30 pm and you can reschedule the interview at that time. She tried and told interviewer is not available at the time then I told you can aligned the interview to next day. But she rejected my application.

That was fine.....

I got a call after one month again for interview and again ready to give the interview as it was need for both end. Interview scheduled at 4:00 pm and I got a call from interviewer. I picked the call. Interviewer started with basic question tell me about your self. Just answered. He asked then have you worked with payment gateways, I told yes, I have worked with PayPal, stripe, wallet payments. He want to know have I ever worked with any Typpically payment related project. I give the answer with honestly, I have not worked with any project which is totally related to payments. But yes, I have worked with such project which used to transfer the payments such as on demand apps or ecommerce projects.

Who create the sprint planning in your company? Have you ever created?
I answered, to create the sprint planning, it is the main responsibility of a project manager, but if company has no project manager, then company's BA is responsible for that to create the sprint planning if they are following such process. As my previous company had project manager so we both sit together and create the sprint planning and assign the task over Jira, trello or basecamp.
Next question was have you ever worked on project which is from scratch?

Definately, as I have 5+ years of working experienced I worked on maximum number of projects from scratch. But yes, I have not worked with typical payment related project which is from scratch. Also aksed about the documents, what kind of documents you can prepare.
My answer was, SOW, BRD, SRS, FRS, Cost estimation, MOM documents.
Then interviewer asked the question about what is brd and frd difference, I give the answer and he finished the interview.

Next day at the end of the I got the feedback:

Thanks for your timing. You are not shortlist.

Reasons:
-No knowledge of payment gateways
-Only created small documents
-Not worked on a single project that has been developed from scratch
-Not responsible for Sprint Planning in any of the last organization.

I was surprised with the feedback. This feedback shows that interviewer has not listen my answers carefully. I am not sure, either it is communication barrier or what is.
