It's a small theatre so it's not overcrowded like some in downtown. I just wish they had places to sit while waiting for the next session.
What they lack in size and tech they make up for in service and friendliness.
Great little theater in the Beaches! They could keep the concession stand better stocked but other than that it is pretty good.

The local cinema, never overly busy - a great place to catch a movie if you aren't looking for insane frills and seizure inducing lighting.
Not impressed and I felt it was a bit on dirty side.
I think it has 6 screens, including 3d much of the time. Big comfortable seating.
If you live in the area, get the membership. Worth it for the perks.
Nice theatre for when you don't need to see something in IMAX. Don't need reserved seats since usually if you're there 30 minutes early you have your choice even on opening nights.
My go to cinema. Chairs are comfortable enough to make it through the movie and if you wait a couple weeks after a new release. It's not too busy.
Great theatres. Fresh popcorn and a pleasure to be able to have a beer or wine while you watch your movie. Love it!
Nice to have a local theater with relatively good screens. Technically part of Cineplex but really more of an independent which means some extra hoops for online tickets and things like gift cards.
Decent cinema, but is not affiliated with cineplex in any way. No scene points and you can't use cineplex gift cards either.
Good cinema with lots of theatres. Like always snacks are expensive but they don't check your bag or pockets if you want to sneak something in.
1 star down for so-so- popcorn (relative to other cinemas in the city. It isn't bad!). Everything else about the cinema is great, even the old arcade games. Like that the window walls get opened up entirely in the warmer months.
Not as good as Harvey's. Harvey's has better movies.
It has some pretty great staff that are willing to help for the most part. They have the same combos as cineplex but are their own semi independant company with their own membership. The best part to their membership is the parking in the beaches.
This cinema is really well maintained, clean and comfortable. It offers a really good alternative to the bigger cineplexes downtown. Ticket prices are good, but as always with cinemas, the concessions are a joke! Frozen yogurt was more expensive than the meal we had across the street before the movie.
Your own private cinema for matinees. Avoid the downtown crush.
They didn't have ketchup flavour powder. Why on earth would I want to see a movie somewhere that doesn't have ketchup flavour powder? Ruined my whole day.
My favourite small cinema. Generally cheaper than big ones downtown. If I don't want IMAX I generally go here.
This location is in the beaches area of Toronto near Eastern Avenue and Queen Street East. The theater is COSI and the seats are comfortable and the ticket prices are reasonable
This is our family go to place for a movie. It is a little out dated but this theatre is slowly being modernized with the scene points, etc.

I like it here because it's never overly crazy busy, simple theatre goodies. Downside, NO parking unless you hit the green p and pay.

Films are too slow to rotate which is only a problem for us locals. Nice to have a good size cinema around the corner
Cheap, staff is so nice! The place is never busy just walk in. Such a perfect way to see a movie. Join the club and parking is free

No box office staff so u have to wait for popcorn purchasers to get a ticket. Clean. Surcharge on advance ticket purchases on website.
If you're looking for a place close by to go see a movie this is it. Never had an issue with just showing up and getting a ticket so no need to book ahead of time (wouldn't recommend it for a new movie though).
Friendly spot to catch a movie. They aren't particularly big, but they carry current films.
Nice and quiet movie theater. They for sure need more staff as the last visit my wife and I had here we were disrupted the entire movie with groups drinking and doing drugs in the movies, so if you have kids with you be aware. I couldnt locate any staff to report it.
It's a good cinema. Membership prices on Wednesdays are hard to beat. Its never too busy on the Wednesday either, unlike cheap Tuesdays at other cinemas. Also gets you free parking. Would be nice to have reserved seating or one premium (IMAX etc) screen. That's the one thing that sends me elsewhere.
Quiet theater doesn't show all the big name movies. But if you live close by it's a good spot
They showed the last two games of the basketball finals for free in one of the theaters. Good move by them!
The service and cleanliness here are always excellent. I still hold out hope that someday certain other patrons will realise the interior of the building is not an elaborate hologram, and that the other audience members are in fact real people.
Good size theatres, never seems to be full even for new movies.
Little theatre with some popcorn and concessions. No fries! Believe its owned by cineplex. I was hnav to buy tickets online. Also looked like there is a party room.
They used to have a great Marquee. The big black letters on an illuminated background It was replaced with a poor red-LED display. They gotta upgrade that. Go back to the original marquee.

Good place to watch movies with friends and family. Well maintained and easy access. One of my favourite movie places in Toronto.
Its a nice little theater,it only has six theatre's. Alot of familys go here from the beaches, clean and friendly environment

It's close to my home but definitely not the best cinema out there. It's good enough for a quick evening/weekend movie
Watched Stephen Kings "IT". Movie was seriously INCREDIBLE PoPcorn & PoP was discusting!
The best screens in the East End. Clean theatres, big screens, good sound, and a decent number of options. If you watch movies regularly, consider getting a membership. For $15 a year, you get free parking, $1.50 off regular priced movies, and cheap night on Tuesday and Wednesday, plus they'll even throw in a random recent DVD.
Clean and not too crowded. Nice staff and they have booze allowed in all theatres.
Watched Avengers: Infinity Wars here. It wasn't too crowded for an opening weekend. Parking was a breeze. Only caveat was the movie screen was on the smaller side. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
Enjoyed watching the movie (The Angry Birds), but my goodness, the place is filthy. Floor is sticky and there's popcorn and candy between the seats and in hidden crevices. Somebody else's review stated they were bitten three times by bedbugs, which I read just before my movie started! I can't confirm they have bedbugs as I didn't see any after a thorough check around my seating area. It was my first and last time going to this theater which is sad because it's actually a decent place with great prices and parking. If only they could clean up their act!
