IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO I WOULD HAVE. I contacted this garage to do front and rare wheel alignment and to my surprise these people told me it would cost 594 pounds. Yeah right not even my car dealer would charge 6 times the price of what it actually cost. I contacted a few other garages and mechanics and it actually costs 65 pounds. Many places charge around 30 pounds for front wheel tracking so please explain to me how they got to 594 pounds. Maybe because I am a woman with a young baby they though they would try to CON me. This is what kind of service you can expect no integrity or honesty what so ever. Not that I have a young baby so paying almost 600 pounds for a service that cost a fraction of that is cruel and dishonest. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ITS A GUARANTEE THEY WILL CON YOU BLIND IF YOU DONT CHECK ELSEWHERE!!!!

Bodge job. I gave my brand new fiat ducato in to get tracked after the steering was slightly out I had it returned with the steering wheel completely looking the other way. I gave it into fiat which they confirmed that the job hadn't been done properly. I called up truck align to express my frustration. I was shocked at the attitude and tone that I received from the manager there as his reply in the first instance was 'you probably knocked a kerb on your way out' after liasing with fiat they then admitted that the job wasn't done correctly but refused any sort of reasonable goodwill. I will never use this company again and I strongly advise others to keep away from them.

Would steer clear and then some!

Horrible staff who were very rude to me and belittled everything i had to say to them. Avoid if possible and also the smell of weed lingered around the work shop.

Realigned my metal sandwich box, tracking is spot on now
