My son and I had our first dental appointment at Tropical Smiles last week. We ve recently located to Melbourne during the start of Covid. We were overly impressed with our entire office experience at Tropical Smiles. My initial conversation started with Wendy at the front desk making our appointments. Wendy spent time going over all of my questions and paperwork and explaining everything in great detail for our first appointment. When we arrived, the entire office was ready to treat us and took all necessary precautions with Covid.
Amanda, our dental hygienist, was very kind and pain-free. She made us feel comfortable in the chair while she was cleaning our teeth. Dr. Schumacher met us near the end of each appointment for a thorough dental examination and spent time answering my questions. When my son got into the car to leave, he said, Mom, this was my best dentist appointment ever. Now that means something! We will see y all in 6 months. Thank you for an A+ experience. The office at 418 E New Haven is absolutely gorgeous and very clean too.
